What campers say
Broken Bow Campground is a rustic, family-run Northwoods site offering peaceful, wooded campsites and direct access to a no-wake lake for fishing and paddling; kayaks, canoes and paddle boats are provided for guests. Visitors commonly praise the friendly, attentive owners, clean showers and bathrooms, and quiet nights with wildlife. Sites are well spaced with some lakeside views, but tents can be challenged by uneven ground. There are no sewer hookups or on-site dump station (20-amp electric and a hose at the bathhouse are available). Amenities are simple — small beach, playground and trails — so expect a low-key experience. Some guests note occasional reservation communication delays.
