The campground sits above Baker Lake in old-growth forest with creekside spots and scenic views of Mount Baker. Sites tend to be shaded and well spaced; a separate, spacious group site and a few very secluded sites are available. Facilities are primitive — vault/pit toilets and no on-site potable water — although a camp host at Panorama Point can supply firewood and water. Access is on a narrow one-lane road, cell service is minimal, and some sites require a short steep walk from parking. Maintenance and amenities can vary; pack essentials and secure valuables because occasional theft and supply lapses have been reported.
