All rows are pull through sites with full hookups. Tent loop and cabins are located on the perimeter of the campground. Playground and pool, clean, well maintained bath house. And a convenient restroom near the cabins. Relatively small compared to other KOA's. Close to Boone but far enough away to be peaceful.

Boone KOA Holiday is a scenic, shady campground with friendly, accommodating staff and generally clean facilities. Sites—especially tent sites—are grassy and include picnic tables, fire pits and hookups; there are cabins, a small seasonal pool, playground, mini-golf, rec room, laundry and a camp store. It’s close to Boone for dining and shopping but sits up a narrow, winding road; RV sites and pads can be tight or uneven and a few guests reported hookup issues. Pet-friendly and family-oriented, the park balances convenience and amenities with limited space for larger rigs.
