Beyonder Getaway Rising Sun is a family-oriented campground near the Ohio River and the historic town of Rising Sun. Many guests praise friendly, accommodating staff, clean well-maintained grounds and facilities—especially the pool and bathrooms—and a variety of amenities and activities (pavilion, playground, pickleball, Gaga, game area, events and weekend entertainment). The park offers an on-site camp store and propane refills, roomy sites with picnic tables and fire pits, and hosts longer-term stays. A practical caveat: some visitors report difficulty reaching management by phone, so advance communication can be inconsistent.
