Roads to get there are narrow and in BAD shape. Park not too bad, holds water when it rains.

Bayou Wilderness RV Park presents well-maintained, resort-like grounds with clean bathhouses, laundry facilities, a pool, dog run and a sizable playground. Sites are generally larger than average, the park is quiet and conveniently close to Lafayette and the interstate. Staff are frequently described as friendly and responsive, and common areas are suitable for group events. As tradeoffs, multiple reviewers note a significant number of long-term residents and that sites can get very muddy after rain; a few guests also feel rates are high for the location. Overall, a tidy, service-oriented RV resort worth considering if those tradeoffs are acceptable.

A really nice park with great features for our large fifth wheel. Located in an amazing locale that we could not get enough of. The price was competitive with other campground in the local area.
