What campers say

Small, older travel-trailer park minutes from Highway 1 and close to Morro Bay amenities. Staff and caretakers are consistently described as friendly and helpful, and grounds, laundry, showers, pool and heated spa are generally clean and well maintained. Sites are narrow and tightly spaced with mostly 30-amp service, so larger rigs may have difficulty parking and limited outdoor space. The park enforces quiet, strict rules and has limited pet areas, which some find restrictive. Wi-Fi appears unreliable or absent for some visitors. Good value for longer stays if you need basic hookups and a central location, but expect tradeoffs in space and privacy.

Great location but a bit of a weird park. At first it looks like a trailer park but then you realize it is more of a storage yard for folks who visit on the weekend. Makes for a peaceful stay. Spots are tiny and we barely fit our rig into one. Okay for a shorter term stay but cramped. VZW EVDO OK
