Sites are generally level with water and electric hookups; grounds are well maintained and restrooms/showers are kept clean though somewhat dated. Kids' playground is usable but older, and the shoreline is rocky—many visitors recommend lake shoes and inflatables. Trade-offs include occasional crowding, boats parked near sites that can restrict roads, and intermittent late-night noise or staff/ranger checks. There is no laundry on site and supplies like ice may be a short drive away.
