What campers say

Barr Lake RV sits close to Brighton shopping, transit and Denver, offering affordable lot rent with water and sewer included. The park is family- and pet-friendly with a playground, walking areas, laundry that accepts phone payments, and on-site showers. Many guests praise quiet, clean common areas and attentive onsite staff, though some reviews note outdated bathrooms, intermittent cleanliness, and occasional unreturned phone messages or uneven rules enforcement by residents. Expect good value and easy access to the city at the tradeoff of occasional highway noise and the need to verify management responsiveness for specific needs.

📖 About This Campground

Barr Lake RV Park in Brighton Colorado offers full hookup RV camping catering primarily to long term tenants. The park can handle larger RVs but sites are limited to a few empty spots mixed in with the long term tenants. Located east of Denver the park is convenient if you need to commute in to Denver or to Denver International Airport. Reports are hit and miss with most short term guests complaining that the park and tenant's RVs are run down and visually un-appealing. Due to a lack of available sites in the area this location may be one of the few options available to you in Denver metro. Barr Lake RV Park has paved roads with gravel pads. Shade trees cover some of the sites. The park has a small playground and maintained but older public areas. Office staff can be a bit tough to reach. Located just off I76 at Exit 20 the park is a short distance from the suburban sprawl of the Denver metro area and even close to the namesake Barr Lake State Park.
