very poorly run. Office is only open for 4 days a week for 4 hours a day. They rented us a camper on site which the floor was rotted, we had to buy own hose for water and hook it up and hook up sewer lines, air up tires and place jacks under the camper. They charged us $250 for security deposit and $400 a month to stay in the camper. When husband was laid off earlier than expected, we stayed 2 weeks, they refused to give us a partial refund and no security deposit back. They have nothing to offer, store is never open which has hardly nothing, its the worst campground ever. The snack machines are broken down, no phones, no one to talk to when there is a problem and the girl running the place has no idea on what is required of her to know and do. Highly not recommended!!!!

What campers say
AOK Campground is an affordable, RV-focused park with 30A/50A hookups, a heated pool, laundry, a small store/vending area, and generally clean bathrooms and showers. Many guests note friendly, responsive staff and a safe, quiet atmosphere with long-term residents and some overnight spots up front. Tradeoffs include limited tent options despite website listings, no centralized dump station (sites have sewer hookups), occasional finicky shower temperatures and hard-water smell, and slow or unreliable free Wi-Fi. Management can be hard to reach at times, so calling ahead is recommended. Overall a practical, budget-friendly choice that could use some amenity updates.
