This park is in a great location for Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country, Kings Dominion, a variety of plantations, beautiful homes, Jamestown, Yorktown. We were very happy with our site, located in the back, newly finished at the time. We will go back!

Tradeoffs: the park is smaller with a single central bathhouse and some asphalt pads have cracking or buckling; a few cabin guests reported limited storage relative to cost. Overall, a quiet, convenient option.

This is the location we stay when in the Williamsburg area. The sites are very nice and the park is very resorty. We like being able to return from a day of history to our little piece of heaven here.
