Sites offer maintained electric (20/30/50), water and above-ground sewer hookups; there are showers, laundry, a large pool, courts, playground and open fields. Management is generally responsive and grounds are kept up, though a few guests noted occasional litter on pads and variable pool/bathhouse availability by season. Neighbors can be very friendly and long-term, but some find the community social or nosy. Internet may be limited; T‑Mobile home options are used by residents.

Allen's Creek Resort in Brandon Mississippi provides full hookup RV camping with concrete pads in a rural setting. With nightly to long term sites the park is located in a rural setting on 80 acres. In addition to RV sites the park has cabins. the park has a full size basketball court, two full size tennis courts, baseball/softball field, an 8 acre lake, scenic trail walks, a laundry mat, and a swimming pool. Gravel roads with dirt parking pads surrounded by grass open areas the park can accommodate any sized RV.
