Not really a resort, but a nice park. Many long-term residents, but they are quiet and neat. Staff members are pleasant. The shade would be an asset in the summer, but we're used to satellite TV, and it was iffy to non-existent. Cable is available. Good paved entry roads, but gravel interior roads.
