Water smells awful and wifi might connect at the most if upur lucky but will buffer for hours. If a bird farys on a wire, poof cable goes out. Pool is nasty and people off the street walk in and use it and nothing is done about it. No activities, the " Fun Zone" that states on the sign open daily, well it is only open on weekends, maybe. Its a guy with a garden hose spraying a blowup slide as you slide down and tear your skin open. Rec room is empty, nothing to do unless you bring a skateboard to ride on the old rusty metal skate ramps. The security gaurds lives for the opportunity to yell and scream at you if you happen to have your TV or radio on past 11:00 p.m.. or I'll tell you you're not allowed out and you got to follow the rules otherwise you'll get kicked out. That's right go play in about any of this to the manager Terrence and all he does is threaten to force you to leave, kick you out, give you 30 days to remove your camper from a seasonal site, make you leave your rental cabin that very same night because you wanted to hang outside with your kids past 11:00 p.m. the manager Terence does not belong any type of customer service position he does not work well with others and he forgets that we are paying customers. But the ham you're nothing more than a nuisance. So don't complain or you get kicked out without a refund. What a great way to run a business. Place used to be nice until this management took it over. Read other reviews don't have to take my word for it. Save your money and aggravation there are plenty of other places to go to that are better, way better
