Practical tradeoffs include mostly sunny, tree‑sparse sites with limited privacy, a transient area separate from seasonals, and campfire restrictions (propane only; no wood fires) and limited picnic/fire ring amenities. Overall it’s a polished, activity-oriented RV resort best for those who enjoy an active, social park.
