Under new ownership – many changes coming spring 2022, i.e. sewer hookups, high speed internet, gravel sites. The former name was Hiawassee Court RV Park and was run more like a trailer park. The new owners’ focus will be as a vacation destination. We look forward to your stay with us.

At 411 Oaks RV Park, we offer shady sites in a natural setting, with very easy access to major highways and interstates. Each site is equipped with city water and 30 or 50 amp electrical services. There are some pull-through sites available and we have a dumping station. We offer a peaceful surrounding, yet with easy access to just about anything you could need or want! There is a bank, convenience store with fuel and LP, and post office within 2 blocks of the park. Also, it is only a few minute’s drive to stores and some of the finest restaurants in the area! Our park is located very near to the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers, where there are lots of fun things to do. We are also near to the Cherokee National Forest and centrally located between Knoxville and Chattanooga Tennessee. In Delano Tennessee only a few minute’s drive to the north, you can find tons of antiques, and the L&N depot. The entire area is steeped in rich history and heritage!
