Park Description

Grandview Campground near Ashton Idaho offers 8 partial (electric) hookup RV and tent camping sites near the Lower Mesa Falls view point. Part of the Caribou-Targhee National Forest (Forest Service) the campground is 1 mile south of Upper Mesa Falls visitor center. First come first served this scenic location can accommodate most any sized RV with backin style campsites. Decent shade and a quiet setting guests can walk to the viewpoint or adventure down a truck/ hiking trail to the riverside below the falls. This area is a scenic location to camp.

Packed gravel roads and parking pads there is an onsite camphost. Water is available as are pit toilets. Electric hookups are a bonus. Larger units can fit in the sites but may need to backin or back out to avoid turning around at the loop at the back of the campground.

Pets - Allows pets to stay. Special rules will likely apply so check with park regarding the pet rules. If you like camping with pets this campground or RV park is an option.
Electric - Offers electric service to the sites. This electric service may be 20 amp, 30 amp, or 50 amp and may or may not be available at all campsites. Our information, reviews and photos suggest that if you have an electric powered device this destination has electric service available.
