    Park Description

    Chris Flat Campground near Coleville California is a USFS campground offering primitive tent and RV camping adjacent to US 395 and the West Walker River. Immediately adjacent to the highway campers trade off road noise with views of the scenic river within a rock throw from camp. Paved roads and site pads are relatively large but due to tight turnarounds best suited to RVs smaller than 30 feet. Public parking areas are also available in the campground for anglers. Run by concessionaire. No cell service is available. Water faucets and toilets available.
