My Comments

Rancho Colina Mobile Home Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- This is a great RV Park to stay in, but we have now encountered very poor washroom maintenance. They are not being cleaned, and there was no toilet tissue in either the men's side or the women's side on 3 occasions.

Sarasota Lakes RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Sarasota lakes is a nice RV and mobile home Resort. All ages are allowed but most of the community is over 55.

Eagle View RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Well kept desert landscape in a rural setting. Very crowded during peak snowbird season but sites have good space and the park is quiet. About 20 minutes to Mesa Tempe. Price is reasonable but book ahead for winters. 4g and 3g Verizon were 3 bars and fast. Submitted video and pics.

Tempe Travel Trailer Villa - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Checked out this park while staying across the street. A little bit older rigs with a lot more permanent look to them. Sites are very long and seemed to have good patios. Could not stay because we have a small child and the manager said they must be older than 18. Price is less than Apache so if don't mind the older rigs this is a nice place. Back-ins only.

Apache Palms RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Nice and quiet RV park right in the heart of the city. Pool was wonderful very clean and warm. The backin was a bit tight for our 37' rig but the host was very helpful in getting us in with no damage. Neighbors were great with a mix of snowbirds, workers, and travelers like us. Verizon 4G is solid while 3G is overloaded and slow. It is the heart of Tempe so everything you need is within easy reach. Only note is that you can only enter the park from Apache heading Westbound. Price is a bit high but they do keep the park nice. The pull thrus are the nicest sites.

Riviera RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- No longer a KOA but still nice. My only suggestion to them would be to better hide their RV storage yard; there are a large number of rotting old rigs that lower the overall appeal of the park. Otherwise we found the place perfect for our stay with well kept, not new, playground equipment, access to the Colorado River, and easy on and off from I-10. Verizon 3G and 4G were good. We paid about $250 for a week with a double wide backin that offered plenty of room for our 37' fifth and two vehicles and still enough room to play out front. We will stay again when in the area.

Faria Beach Park Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We really tried to stay here coming on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday but were unable to get a full hookup spot. They always had a primitive site but the hookups were always taken. Very scenic and steps from the beach. Verizon 4G is solid. Feel lucky if you are able to get a hookup spot here.

Foster Park Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice sites and easy in from the highway. Verizon service is spotty and only 3G. Not very expensive and a few miles from Ventura. The bike path goes right by the lower part of the park.

Ventura Beach RV Resort - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Have to agree with the above review. We pulled in on a Friday and the park was maybe 13 full. Needed to stay one week and their website has a $360 370 rate. Well after adding in the extra car, our 18 month old son, and indoor cat they wanted $470 before taxes for the week. Sorry but this place is not worth that amount at all.

Mountain View RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We were impressed with this park for our 1 week stay. It is very quiet and they are selective of long term tenants to make sure they are working in the area and have nice rigs. Sites are very large but setup at 90 degrees to the roadways. They could easily take the longest of rigs but they are limited due to the tight clearance (we almost did not get in or out with our 37' fifth wheel. Verizon 4G and 3G was very solid. 10 miles from Ventura Beaches.

Bayou Jim’s RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This is a GREAT place to stay if you like to fish. If your into shopping, dining, casino, etc. - probably not the best place for you. It is a basic fishing camp atmosphere with great people. Several long term renters that only visit on holidays and weekends.

Prado Regional Park Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Rate comes out $30 per night for a weekly stay. Excellent Verizon 4G and 3G signals easy access to groceries and city but tucked out away from it all. The only downside is that there are cattle farms in the area and depending on the direction of the wind it can be a bit stinky. We stayed here to visit Disneyland which is 30 minutes away. Your video does a great job showing the sites and area. There is a stocked and scenic lake in the middle of the park making for pretty sunsets and strolls. Horseback riding available from nearby private companies. Shooting, golfing, RC flying, bow range, mountain biking, hiking, and air museum all within 5 miles or on site. One of the best parks in California.

Pecan Park Riverside RV and Cabins - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This is the second "winter season" that we have stayed. The park is perfectly located about half way between Austin and San Antonio. Owners work hard to keep the park in great shape and are both fair minded people. I ran out of propane one cold morning and my furnace stopped working. I got up early and uncoupled both propane bottles and set them on the patio outside our travel trailer with the intention of having both bottles filled after 10:00AM when the office opens. I glanced at my watch at about 8:00AM and just a couple minutes later there was a knock out our trailer door and it was one of the owners. He said, "Are you guys getting chilly? Come on and let's get those propane bottles filled." In no time at all he filled both bottles and our furnace was up and running again. He cares about the people that stay at his RV park and cares about doing a good job making guests comfortable - he went above and beyond the call of duty. We will stay here again and again.

Golden Shore RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Like the other reviewer we found this park to be a reasonably priced alternative. We were lucky to get a cancellation site last minute for Thanksgiving weekend. All the sites are about the same size back ins and there is a mix of small travel trailers all the way up to multi-million dollar rigs. The pool and spa were the right temperature and there is easy access to the Los Angeles River bike path and the Long Beach bike path down the coast. We paid $304 for the week. Verizon 4G and 3G worked great. We will return. Another plus is that access into and out the park is very easy with well signed exits from Shoreline Blvd and easy entrance back on to the 710. They even provide a free parking pass for a second vehicle out front in the metered area. The gravelly sand becomes slushy in the rain so as noted above make sure to bring a carpet for outside.

Oak Park Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice little park with a few larger backins available. Partial hookup. Great 4g verizon coverage. Train tracks adjacent. We will stay again in a pinch.

Ventura Beach RV Resort - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Really cant say much about this park. Called twice and first time I was placed on hold for 5 minutes before hanging up later the same day I was placed on hold for 10 minutes only to have the lady come back on the line and say she will call me back in 10 more minutes. Guess they are really doing a killing and didnt need our business.

Vines RV Resort - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Keep on going on down the road there are a lot less expensive and QUIETER places to stay. Their cheapest sites are literally feet from the 101 and they want 50 or so dollars per; if you choose a site 50 more feet away from the highway the rates jump considerably. I concur with the previous review that the facilities are top notch but the location absolutely sucks. Office staff and neighbors were all nice but just way too overpriced for the placement of the park. Judging by the overall emptiness of the park I think they should consider building a large sound wall or dropping their rates considerable. On the other hand if you have deep pockets and no aversion to highway traffic this is a great place for you.

Le Sage Riviera RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- What a great little campground. Their bread and butter are winter residents and a few longer term stays but they keep the place and rigs up. In fact this time we noticed a number of the older rigs are gone and have been replaced with newer units. Everyone was personable and happy, with a location like this how could you not be? Verizon 4G is excellent 3G is a little weak. Paid $44 for the night and will absolutely return again. There are a couple eateries within walking distance plus the butterfly grove path, a drive-in entrance to the Oceano Dunes, and the beach 1 block away. Even though we stayed for 1 night it kind of feels like we are coming home. Absolutely love this little park for what it is. Only word of warning if you are not comfortable maneuvering your rig in tight areas DO NOT stay here. It takes finesse simply to drive the roads let alone swing a large rig into the sites. Once into the site there is plenty of room.

Yanks RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- First impressions, the park and facilities are really nice. Most of the sites are pull thrus and a bit pricey for overnight short stays. The back-ins are more reasonable with a GS discount card. Everything is fresh and new. The park is tucked off the highway a bit so road noise was not really an issue. Verizon 3g and 4g are not strong and we dropped some calls. Paid about $40 for the night. Our problem, and hopefully it is corrected in the future, was with a very rude member of their staff. The gentleman approached us and without a hello or friendly greeting began berating us for violating an unknown to us rule upon our arrival. He went on and on to the point where I had no recourse but to argue back; he never gave in. The manager did apologize the next day and I hope they take action to remove this individual from their staff. Outside of this sour apple the place is really nice and given the chance we will give them a second chance to make a first impression.

Jackson Rancheria RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- With AAA discount our weekend rate was $40 and well worth it. Very nice park with well spaced and level concrete pads. Very green and well kept lawns surround everything. The clubhouse, pool, and facilities are well maintained, clean, and new. The staff was also very professional and courteous. This is a must visit RV Resort. Verizon 3G was good no 4G as of the date of this review. As the other reviewer notes the back in sites are the best and they are really easy to get in and out of (plus they are less expensive).

Paradise Shores RV Park - My Rating is 2 out of 5 -- Spaces are very small, close together. We pull a travel trailer and owners consider our truck as a "extra vehicle". No wi-fi or phone service as advertised, had to drive about one mile to obtain a signal. Bugs at night were a biblical portion.

Fountain Of Youth RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice people, fairly relaxed environment, beautiful water. Probably better in your own self-sufficient rigs as showers were not felt as sanitary; but there is a peace that comes with this spring water that cannot be explained. You must stay at least a week to leave understanding what is said. This deep peace seems to be a very we'll kept secret of this mysterious, beautiful location. that is about all I can say because the waters stole the show. I bottled some up at the source right where it comes out if the ground & we drink it & use it in our hair & on our skin in our creams.

Custer Crazy Horse Campground - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Custer Crazy Horse Campground is a centrally located RV park in Custer, SD. We went there the later part of Sept. 2013. There is a 1 12 mile drive to Custer from there, about 4 miles to Crazy Horse Memorial Mountain, & I don't remember it being super far at all to Mt. Rushmore. The campground host was helpful & we came at a time of year the season was winding down, so it was a quiet, uncrowded traveling period of time. We were shown the spaces where wifi was best & appreciated there were showers & restrooms. You need at least a week in this area it is so beautiful & full of unforgettable things to see. For this reason, the value would be better if they gave a way better, more competitive weekly rate; for we needed to stay for 2 weeks.

Tahoe Valley Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We stayed at the end of fall and found this park to be very peaceful and convenient to Tahoe attractions. You are in walking distance to grocery shopping and restaurants along with an easy scoot across Hwy 50 to the bike path. Staff was professional. The only complaint is that as an all season park they really need to upgrade their water system. As it exists now they rely upon the campers to winterize their spigots and feeder pipes. On our last two days we operated without water due to a line break in the system. It is an Encore park so there are special deals and membership rates available; if I was an Encore member there is no question that this would be my home park. Very nice place in a great locale. Paid $196 per week. Verizon 4G was weak 3G was strong.

Outdoorsy Bayfield - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Didn't want to leave this campground. Beautiful creek and property. Very dog friendly. Our dog didn't want to leave either. Would go out of my way to stay there again. Close to Durango too.

Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Was overcharged when we arrived. No choice but to stay there. Hit & miss WiFi. Ours was "miss". Put us next to full timers that went to work at "dark thirty" every day. Very unpleasant. Won't stay there again!

Zane Grey RV Village - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Stayed 2 nights. Lovely and really clean restrooms & Laundry room. Would definitely stay there again..

AOK Campground - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- very poorly run. Office is only open for 4 days a week for 4 hours a day. They rented us a camper on site which the floor was rotted, we had to buy own hose for water and hook it up and hook up sewer lines, air up tires and place jacks under the camper. They charged us $250 for security deposit and $400 a month to stay in the camper. When husband was laid off earlier than expected, we stayed 2 weeks, they refused to give us a partial refund and no security deposit back. They have nothing to offer, store is never open which has hardly nothing, its the worst campground ever. The snack machines are broken down, no phones, no one to talk to when there is a problem and the girl running the place has no idea on what is required of her to know and do. Highly not recommended!!!!

Ayers Natural Bridge - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Incredible location, removed from the interstate, and nestled in the shade of a magnificent red rock cliff beside one of the nation's only natural arch bridges located over a body of water. Camping is free, though a donation is welcome. The park's caretaker lives on the grounds and is happy to share information about the locale and its history. The camp and its access road cannot accommodate large RVs, but if you have a camper van, truck or small trailer, you'll not find a more scenic location.

Custer’s Gulch RV Park and Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This park is exactly as advertised. The owners aim to please. Relaxing environment and close to all attractions.

Yolo County Fairgrounds - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Our original plans had us traveling through Woodland on our way to the CalExpo RV Park in Sacramento. Luckily we called ahead and learned that Cal Expo was full. Stopped here instead and found the park maybe 14 full and the first easy to access pull thrus wide open. The lot is the exact same as Cal Expo for the same price ($35 per night). Stayed for two days, had no problems, and will stop again if in the area. Verizon 4G and 3G worked great. A little bit of road noise from the neighboring street but quieted down at night.

Giant Redwoods RV and Cabin Destination - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice park just off the Avenue of the Giants. Not a luxury resort but nice. The full hookup sites are close together while the partial hookup and primitive sites are nicely spaced with shaded and open sites. Rate was $35 per night. They provide Direct-TV service to each site and, from what I have been told, have been working to upgrade the park. Place filled up both nights we were there. The road you drive down to the park passes some impoverished homes trailers but the locals are nice and we felt very safe and secure. Easy access to Humboldt Redwoods State Park. Adjacent to the Eel River with a short walk to the waters edge. Only downside is that Verizon 4G3G signal is weak; works okay with a repeater.

Stafford RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We passed this one by due to the appearance of the front area. Had the chance to stop by the next day to check it out in more detail and are very sad we did not stay here. The front area, as mentioned, is very unsightly but get past the permanent sites and the back area is absolutely spectacular with large pull thru sites overlooking a mowed grass prairie and shaded tent sites in second growth Redwoods. Verizon 4G was strong here too! Very sad we missed it but at least we could submit some video so others don't miss this one. Rate was $35 per night.

Riverwalk RV Park & Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- The park is nice for a few nights and by the looks of half the rigs there longer term too. They keep the front 2.5 rows of pull thrus open for short term tenants while the back-ins and last rows are filled with longer term rigs. The park is well kept and has a nice tent area in the trees. The pool was warmed and the park was easy to access. Sites are tight as evidenced by our neighbor on the second night scrapping the side of his rig on the pole protecting the electric box. Price with AAA was $38 per night with taxes. Verizon 3G and 4G was steady. We tried the Eel River Brewery as advised by the previous reviewer and found the food to be a bit bland; still a short walk which is good for a dine out experience. Overall the park is good for a short stay.

Ramblin’ Redwoods Campground & RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Wife found this one and I must say she nailed it. Absolutely serene setting with our site literally tucked underneath two second growth Redwood trees. We stayed in the area for a month and this was the perfect home base. As mentioned already this place is quiet (at least on the east side) over on the west side there are a few sites that have highway noise but they are generally reserved for work-campers. Verizon 4G and 3G were awesome unburdened and fast. Crescent city is 8 miles and a Walmart is 5 miles, 15 miles up to Brookings 15 miles down to Klamath. Great road cycling through the Fort Dick back-roads and a must drive down Wonder Stump Rd. Staff was great and kept good care of the park even going as far as raking all the leaves every time someone left a site; one day we spotted them even sweeping the playground equipment. Our monthly rate averaged out to $25 per night; their nightly rate is in the $45 night range. Worth it.

Boyd Lake State Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This public campground situated within a natural area, and it is surrounded by small lakes and affluent residential neighborhoods. We stayed here over Labor Day weekend 2013, and fellow campers courteous and respectful of others. Campground rules are strictly enforced. This RV campground offers convenient access to shopping, restaurants, flee-markets and antique stores in both Loveland and Fort Collins, Colorado. The campground is close to McKee Medical Center and Medical Center of the Rockies. It is a one-hour drive to Denver International Airport, downtown Denver, Estes Park, or Rocky Mountain National Park. Boyd Lake campground has modern bathhouses with showers, playgrounds and a small laundry, all of which are well maintained. There are paved bicycle and hiking trails that link into the extensive paved trail system that covers all of Fort Collins, including connections to mountain-bike trails on public lands in foothills.

Fort Collins / Lakeside KOA - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Our experience with the staff was unpleasant. Lakeside KOA has blocked customer reviews from their corporate web site. Better Business Bureau had downgraded KOALakeside rating to C for failure to address customer complaints. Campground food cart is located atop former sewage dump station, and Larimer County Health Department has issued Lakeside KOA a Marginal rating for food safety. Campground entrance is difficult to find because it is located in an industrial zone, surrounded by active gravel pits and asphalt plant. (editor note: edited review to remove defamatory comments towards owner and sum up the experience)

Chautauqua Lake KOA - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- I rented the 3 bedroom cottage over the Labor Day week-end. The cottage is very spacious. Although there were only 4 of us, it will easily accommodate 6, with plenty of room for entertaining . I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the special little touches that were made by the owner, Anita, such as wash cloths prettily folded inside hand towels, a roll of paper towels with a face drawn on it with a poem telling us there was a kitchen towel and dish cloth and pot scrubber attached. Very nice. Also, the cottage was fully equipped with all the dishes and pots and pans you would ever need, plenty of dishes, hair dryers, and cleaning equipment. Plenty of towels, soap, etc. Really, all we needed was our clothes and our food and drinks. Everything else was there. Also, although Bill (Owner) was busy, he helped quide my son when he was parking his boat and trailer next to the cottage. We were very satisfied with our stay at the cottage and found everyone very pleasant.

Brite Lake Park Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Nice Clean park. Big spaces, nice view, great hosts! Always enjoy the stay.

Almost Home RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Nice, quiet, friendly Park. Recommend it.

Grand Sierra Resort & Casino RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- The Grand Sierra is a nice casino inside the building but the outside, parking lots, and RV Park all show signs of deferred maintenance. Price was a bit high at $39 per night with discounts. Very convenient for what we utilized the park for; a base to park our rig while we flew out of Reno International to visit family for the weekend. The resort offers a free shuttle to and from the airport. We will only stay here in the future for that reason or if we had something specifically happening at the location. Verizon signals 3G and 4G are solid. Easy access to area attractions and stores. 50 amp pull thru sites are nice and wide with easy access.

Drake Campground - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Not the place to stay if you want a quiet place to camp & relax. Motorhomes, campers & tents packed in so tight you cant even get out if you want to. Our camp hostowner was completely stumbly drunk at 1 p.m. - so wasted she couldn't finish a profanity-laced sentence. (Sure, enjoy a drink, but after your customers are checked in.) There were 9 cars and 13 tents & over 20 people in three tent spots immediately adjacent to us. Children were allowed to run through our site, the adults washed their dishes in the river(!?) & stayed up talking loud until almost two a.m. Not the camp host's problem, I understand, but no rules means no fun-for anyone looking to relax or sleep. Almost left to go to a motel - but COULDN'T GET OUT!! Thumping stereos - all hours , generators louder than the river & not nearly enough porta potties for the number of people in the campground - full & gross. Could have been one of the nicest campgrounds we've been to this year, but it was one we'll never return to.

Howard Prairie Lake Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Nice Jackson county campground about 4500ft in elevation. Large sites with lots of trees, but not very level for large RVs. There were deer, ducks, geese and two bald eagles fishing across the lake. Sail boats, ski boats paddle boats and of course fishing boats. They have Friendly staff and host. Little store with mostly fishing tackle, cafe, soft serve ice cream and Marina. Clean restroom and 25 cent showers. We had no internet or satellite. Others had satellite dishes on a 100ft cable out in a clearing. We did have cell service. Very peaceful, even with it being a busy weekend.

Golden Pine RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- What a pleasant surprise. This park is tucked off the highway just below main street and a couple blocks from Gull Lake Marina. In fact the hiking trail down to the marina and along the lake takes off from across the street. The camp-hosts were very pleasant and all the neighbors were really nice. Frankly we were surprised (gladly so). Sites are all gravel but nicely spaced; whoever laid the park out did a good job given the space constraints. Found this place via this website and the video really shows the park. It is small and peaceful. We will be back. Paid $40 per night for 2 nights. They offer cheaper monthly and weekly rates. Verizon 3G is solid.

Silver Lake Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This place is all about the location. Very very scenic with access to the lake across the road and great hiking at the back of the park. June Lake is incredibly beautiful and this park is in the prettiest setting of all the private parks in the area. The sites are packed in and during the summer they have a lot of seasonal guests who have created their own little community. The camp hosts are nice but a bit pushy in their "request" to use a fork lift to park your trailer. If your sites are so tight that they require a fork lift then that is a sign to spread them out a little bit. Ended up ignoring the hosts suggestion and backing in the fifth wheel just fine. Rate is very reasonable at $35 per night. Verizon 3G is 2 bars and worked well.

Gold Dust West Casino RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Stayed here for Hot August Nights car shows and found the place to be very convenient to both Tahoe and Reno. They recently re-sodded the sites and replaced some trees. Paved sites with pull thrus and back-ins. Worth the price in a quiet spot. Paid $30 per night.

Park City RV Resort - My Rating is 2 out of 5 -- Very unsatisfied with this campground. We went out of our way to stay here and will never make that mistake again. They placed us in their middle tier dirt full hookup sites instead of their Resort paved grassy sites. Had to back into the row in order to fit into the spot. I have submitted video on this park because my description will not do it justice. The resort area is at level with the interstate so noise would be an issue up there. Managed loosely the office was only open a few hours of the day. $40 per night and not worth it. Their partial and primitive hookup sites are pretty down by a small creek with views of the mountains. Same exit as the factory outlets just on the opposite side of the highway.

Lac qui Parle State Park Campground - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Really nice state park with easy to access back in and pull through sites. The state bird is very active here so try to arrive during a sunny and windy time not during the humid evening like we did! Only complaint and it is a deal breaker for us was that the water contained a huge amount of iron leaving our sinks, showers, and bodies with a red tinge after only a few minutes. The place is sparsely used and even allows seasonal stays. $35 per night paid at the iron ranger.

Shooter’s Bar & Grill RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This park is under new ownership which makes for a huge improvement in quality. We had reservations through the previous owner and as it turned out he did not even have sites to accommodate us. The new owner immediately brought in an electrician and plumber to get the site up to spec with 50 amp and sewer. Sites are mowed grass in an open setting. Appleton is a rural farm-town making for a peaceful stay. We were here to visit family and really enjoyed ourselves. The park is not a resort instead it is a nice place to park with full hookups. From what I was told hunting is popular in this area along with fishing in the river and nearby lakes. We will return in the future and enjoyed our stay.

Horse Thief Campground & RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very much a classic camping feel to this park. Sites are gravel dirt with natural grasses and trees. A bit rough and dusty with tight roads for large rigs. Not an overnight park but very nice for a weekend vacation destination. At the base of the road up to Sylvan Lake. Great road riding. Not too far from Rushmore or Custer. Office staff were very friendly. Nice park. Paid $38 per night with AAA.

Trailside Park Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- For larger RVs this place only has a handful of decent sites. It seems that whoever designed this park has never owned or travelled in an RV nor did they consult with anyone who has. The sites are spaced at odd intervals and angles with very little room between. The park manager lives on site and is very personable and caring, high marks for her. We stayed a month making our daily rate about $22 per night; no way would I pay their nightly rate. The Mickelson Trail passes through the property allowing for great bike rides right out of the campground. Site 10 is the best site as it is tucked back off the highway overlooking a stream and trestle. The other sites are exposed to the highway meaning the daytimes are very noisy with jack brakes and motorcycle noises. A nice park with walking distance to Hill City.

Monument RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Our second time staying here and we enjoyed the park again. Right across the street from a state park and a short walk from fast food and a museum the place is great for a few nights stay. They have a number of long term tenants but they are all nice and keep their sites maintained. Good park.

Lozier Mobile Park - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- nothing at all to do...he raised the rent years ago because he WAS going to fix the place up..HAHA...he did Nothing to improve this hell hole...no nice basketball court, as promised.. no pavilions, as promised and NO many other promised changes..small nasty restrooms and showers, weeds taller than the empire state building, which the mosquito's love, half fallen trees lying around, trailers that have been empty for years and falling down with critters living in them, the bird shit at the beach is very unhealthy and unsanitary for anybody to even be on, the raft for the kids and adults to play on is covered in bird shit, not a little it's covered.. unsafe and unhealthy for anybody to be on...if the Health Department would take at look at the junk surrounding this hell hole called Lozier's Campground, the place would no longer be on the map...I would not advise ANYONE to camp here..and as the comment before states his temper is over the top....

Topsy Recreation Site - My Rating is 2 out of 5 -- I am giving a total of 2 stars mostly because of the service we received from the couple that live there and work for Park services & BLM to run the place. I am sad to say but they were very rude to us even after we followed all the rules of the camp grounds. Only at the very end of our stay did they admit we were in the right, but never gave us an apology for the way they treated us. The price was fair and the camp spots are clean and good size to fit tents or trailers. The Reservoir is good for fishing from a boat and water skiing but I would not want to get in the water as the edges are covered in algae. The Klamath river in this area is not something you want to get into and it has no real access. So if you are looking to swim, kayak, or see water falls this is not the area for you.

Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp Resorts Akron and Canton - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Absolutely terrible experience. Campground is extremely poorly managed and customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. They advertise their pool, but it is not heated and is definitely not kept up. Do not stay here, there are plenty of other great places in Ohio.

White Wolf Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- I LOVE this campground! The rangers at the campground are wonderful...especially Ranger Jeff!! We visit this campground year after year. The spaces are just the right size and not too close together. It is a little ways away from the valley, but close to some amazing lakes and hikes. I really like that the bear boxes are larger now. If you are looking to get close to nature, this is the campground!

Creekside Mountain Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This campground was clean with large level sites. The owners are such nice people this is definitely going to be one of our regular summer stops.

Chautauqua Lake KOA - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- This is a beautiful campground, HOWEVER, the woman that runs the campground is watching everyone's move like a hawk. The pool is only open until 6 pm and there are absolutely NO drinks allowed (even water bottles). Pool is overheated and it is dangerous when you have a very hot pool, no shade and you and your children are not allowed to have a drink of water without leaving the pool in fear it "could be vodka" in the bottle. Rules are extremely strict, invasive and just absolutely foolish. We had a group of 9 families with children staying for a local children's ball tournament and some of us were tenting, staying in a trailer site and some in cabins. Families staying in the cabins were explicitly told that no one is to set foot in the door other than those registered to the cabin or it would be $20 per person extra ( even though we had all paid to enter and stay at the campground). Once night it was pouring rain at 8pm and we sat under a picnic shelter that had some met

Square Dance Center & Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Great campground in the pines. Clean restrooms and a great dance floor if you square or round dance.

Sherwood RV Park - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Yikes. Nice management. Out of order wireless. Cable doesn't work at my site. Clean enough park but on a service road of state highway so awful scenery and noisy. Looks like more permanent trailers than travelers. Don't want to go outside my camper.

Peter’s Place Nauvoo RV Park - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- I would not recommend this park. We stayed in June 2013. While visiting Nauvoo one day the owner needed a water source for another rig. He had employees remove our water hoses so he could connect a 3 tee and provide water for the other rig. In doing so they turned on our black flush tank and left it running. It flooded our entire rig - water up the toilet and up the vent pipe onto the roof. What a mess! The bottom of the rig had to be cut away to drain the water. Carpets ruined and more. Ruined our vacation. So irresponsible. Did not even offer to refund the 3 days paid. We full time and this is the worst experience we have ever had.

Camping 109 RV Park - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Worst park ever, don't own a park if you can't be there to run it, snakes, pitbull running loose, people tying dogs out and leaving for work and dog dies, choked itself!!! Never will stay here again and Im full time rver for over ten years, sad park!!!

Shenandoah Valley Campground - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Very rude staff and didn't refund our money after they double booked one of our sites. I booked 2 sites for a holiday weekend and was required to book both sites for 3 nights. My friends had to leave after the 2nd night, they packed up and the site was empty but they made me pay for the 3rd night ahead of time. When we got back from the pool, the site that I paid was occupied by another camper. I went to the office to get a refund for that site since they double booked it. The staff was very rude and told me no, that is company policy, but they got double the revenue for the same site. It was their error and they didn't have the decency to refund the money. I will never stay here again and deal with this horrible customer service.

49er RV Ranch - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Really helpful and friendly staff. Like a family there. Close to town, which is the main attraction in the area. Columbia, old western townpark and Jackson which has live steam trains and a working roundhouse and turntable! Fun area to explore in the gold country.

The Narrows Lodge Resort - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Theres a reason its called the Narrows. The roadway in is horrible. Barely enough room for a rig and trailer. The camp sites are no where near being level. The site says paved sites. WRONG!!! Gated entry, but you have to call in every time you try to enter. Service was very rude. Will never return.

Salmon Shores RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- My friends and I just spent 2 nights at this place on one of their tent sites. Overall we enjoyed the experience, especially the front-row view to the beautiful lake. Each tent site is fairly spacious (we easily fit two 3-person tents) with a picnic table and fire pit. They have a little beach with swim area (no lifeguard) and fishing dock. Their store is small and not very well stocked but this wasn't a problem for us because we came prepared. They do sell firewood and offer boat rental, have propane, dumpsters and water spigots. The site was pretty quiet and the camp sites are far enough from the RV area so we didn't hear their generators. Their boat launch area is right next to 3 tent sites. They have 13 tent sites in total, only two and a half of which offer shade from trees. This site is pet friendly. We had our dog off leash all weekend, but she's good at staying with us (I can see a busier weekend with more dogs requiring her to be leashed-up). She liked jumping in the water.

Country View RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Awesome place to camp. Campsites good size. Campgrounds clean. Very quiet. Not sitting on top of your neighbors. Fishing was fantastic in campground lake. Good size Crappies if that's what your looking for. Nice dock to fish on. Owners friendly and willing to accommodate. Prices reasonable. Well worth it. Definitely will camp there again.

Hualapai Mountain Park – Pioneer Park RV - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- RVers! Beware! this is NOT an RV park despite the claim. Do not attempt to drive into this park with a large RV. It is a one lane narrow road in and the same road out. The sites are very primitive and situated on very loose dirt. We have an 18 foot travel trailer and were almost unable to exit our site because of the loose gravel and dirt on a steep climb out. Please do yourself a favor; Go somewhere else and avoid this dangerous place.

LaVern Johnson Park Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Very nice little find. Only complaint is that rules are lightly enforced. One of the rigs stunk of sewer and had flat tires. Outside of this complaint the park is in a lovely setting for $30 per night with full hookups. Bring a kayak because they have a slalom course setup on the river that runs a huge "C" around the park. You launch on one side and get out on the other; very fun. 30 minutes into Estes Park and RMNP. 15 minutes to a Super Target and other stores. Closed gate access with no traffic means very quiet and peaceful. Short walk to the small town of Lyons with a cute main-street. Verizon 4G worked with an amp otherwise cell service was weak. Sites are a bit tight but very deep. Our 37' rig fit fine with the truck parked in front.

Glenwood Canyon Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- After reading mixed reviews online we decided to stay here anyways. It is early spring "off-season" so the full hookup rate was $39 per night. The place was pretty much empty and very relaxing. The full hookup sites are up in a gravel lot and all are back ins. The only issue for some is that the sewer drain is at the very front of the site while electric is in the very back; no big deal for us but could be for others. The train tracks are across the river and would probably be annoying for the tent and partial hookup campers down by the water but was not bothersome to us; we found it to be very cool. This place is all about the location with the Glenwood Canyon Bike Path passing just outside; easily one of the best paved bike paths in the country with amazing views and a fun out (uphill) and back (downhill) ride along the river. Verizon 4G worked with an amp 3G was steady. We will return. Peak rate is $60 per night. Only complaint = enforce the speed limit; too many folks racing thru.

Sun Outdoors Moab Downtown - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- $48 per night with various sales and hotel taxes added on for our 6 day stay. Not worth that price but still nice. The staff was very friendly and the shade trees were excellent. They really pack the rigs and vehicles in making maneuvering a bit tough. During our stay we had 5 different neighbors speaking to the turnover this park experiences. By 11am the place is nearly empty; within 4 hours it fills right back up. A lot of weekend warriors out to experience Moab meaning they can be a bit frustrating with regards to manners and courtesy to neighbors. Our site was in line with the restrooms which, we assumed, meant that our patio area was the defacto walk-way. Within the first 4 hours no less than 6 different people of all ages, nationalities, etc walked right on thru; even as we BBQ'd! By the end of our stay it was kind of a game to see how many would walk right by. Moab now has Verizon 4G data so mifi was blazing. All in all a good place but we may try somewhere different next time.

Vines RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This is a brand new RV resort with high end amenities; everything is top notch including the price. Cheapest rate is $65 per day! You move this park say 1/4 mile off the freeway and I can see it being worth that amount but you are literally on top of the 101. Location location location. It is great if you plan on being away from the park but I can't see us paying that much again when there are other locations nearby that are much quieter. The above being noted, Vines RV Park in Paso Robles is a very well laid out park with excellent amenities and a nice pool. Not for us but may be great for you.

Heise Expeditions - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- My husband and I visited the main camp ground site today to look at a trailer that was being sold by owners. We were approached by the owner of the camp ground who was rude, nasty & arrogant. We were not welcomed there even though we were accompanied by the owners of the trailer. Perhaps this is the reason the trailer is being sold. IF we purchase the trailer, it will be moved. I do not recommend this camp ground!!!!! Owner needs to be in a different business, as he has absolutely NO people skills.

Honey Bear Hollow Family Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- I've camped at Honey Bear on three occasions and have never experienced anything like the reviewer from July 1, 2012. Restrooms are VERY clean. Campsites have grass, firepits, and some have seating. Staff is friendly, helpful, and even delivered firewood to our site. Disc golf pro shop is STACKED with all the top brands. Camp store has lots of items you could need for camping. A little pricey, but its a private campground, they gotta make money. I will definitely be camping here again and again.

Lakeside RV Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A nice RV park just a few blocks from the state park. Grassy with lots of trees the place feels more like a park than a private campground. Would be very nice if they forced a few of their longer term guests to pick up their trash around their rigs (literally 4-5 out of 30 or so are ruining the entire ambiance). Stayed for a week to visit family and noticed that the park was very popular. they have some really long pull-thrus up front that seemed choice for folks with long rigs looking for an overnight.

Pecan Park Riverside RV and Cabins - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- A reasonable park - it has primitive river access and the river is flowing despite a lack of rain. There is a salt-water (indoor) pool for the kids. The park is clean - we were there at full occupancy, but almost no "overflow". We wouldn't try it while full. It's a mix of snowbirds, full-time, and weekend campers. Why the bad review? The Junior most owner went on a 2-minute hats-off binge verbally insulting me on some facts that he had wrong. Assuming it was an off day, I came back later and didn't even get an apology despite having the facts cleared up by staff. Before you stay - read the reviews on TripAdvisor & Rvparkreviews (make sure you click on older reviews). If you're considering staying for extended periods, consider talking to other long-time residents there, they can likely give you a more in-depth opinion. I didn't think we've have any problems with any owner or staff, but we did... BTW, Staff was GREAT, it was an owner issue.

Oasis Resort & Casino RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Post apocalyptic feel with the vacant resort adjacent. This park was full of snow birds and was a bit nicer than the Casa Blanca but not much.

Casa Blanca Resort & Casino - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Dirt sites and worn gravel roads. Very ugly setting that we ended up passing by. Submitted a video so others can make up their own minds.

Valley of Fire State Park Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A very scenic spot to camp for a few nights. First come first served can be nerve racking on a holiday weekend but we lucked out and pulled in just as someone was leaving. The campground was full while we stayed but very quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by red rock cliffs the campground is very scenic. About a 2 mile drive to the main access road where all the popular attractions hikes are located. There are petroglyphs viewable a short walk from the campground. Verizon cell service is non-existent; a good place to get a away for a night or two. Some sites are setup for Class A's versus 5th wheels with the hookups on the opposite side for nose in parking. We were in one of the class A sites with our fifth wheel and had to run the cables hoses under the rig.

Willowind RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Stayed here a few years back in August and had a totally different experience. This time in the spring it was filled with long term tenants, not sure if they are snowbirds or what. The park is clean but camping with kids around a lot of folks who are living in a location is not a lot of fun. We moved to the campgrounds closer to Zion.

Zion River Resort RV Park & Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- If only they had cell service this place would be perfect. We originally stayed at the Zion Canyon Campground in Springdale but they were so rude and the place was so crowded that we finished off our stay in the area here. The staff was friendly the sites were clean with lush grass and trees. The pool was open and wonderful. Situated next to Hwy 9 the road noise is surprisingly non-intrusive. They offer a shuttle to the park entrance (about 10 miles away). The park was very busy and had an almost festival feel to it. Very nice place to camp with an RV.

Bridgton Marina - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Not sure who wrote review above but this is a private campground where you are a summer long resident. We live there in the summer, the owner is fine and our neighbors are great... You must be accepted to get a seasonal site here, so I am thinking the above person wasn't accepted.

Clark County Shooting Range RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Excellent place to stay near Vegas. Nice views looking back at the desert. The only drawback is that the short term RV sites are situated right next to the shotgun range. While not loud the constant bang bang from shotguns does get annoying. The range is closed to shooting two days per week and shuts down relatively early in the evening so there are quiet times. When we stayed it seemed that most of the RVs congregated down at the far end, presumably to stay away from the bulk of the shooting. At $20 per night for full hookups I will take a little bit of bang bang. This park is for self contained rigs only. We also checked out the long term workamper area which is very nice with sun shade covered red gravel sites. They ask that you be active with shooting and do rent guns and bow arrows; we went for the bow and arrow and it was really fun. They also had a shooting competition the weekend we stayed making for interesting and informative conversations with the attendees.

Tonopah Station RV Park - My Rating is 2 out of 5 -- Found this park on RVParkreviews.com and was misled by the reviewers there. The place is pretty bad for an RV Park; instead it is more of a parking lot with some hookups. All but 2 of the sites were taken by long term miners working the booming mines in the area. The two sites that were available; one had no sewer and the other had no electricity. We ended up toughing it out and simply driving on and through to Vegas. I took video to share with other members; I think the pictures will tell you the real story; more than any review could.

Arizona Charlie’s Boulder Casino Hotel & RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Your video does a good job showing the sites. They are all concrete with about 4 feet between pads. The long spaces are plenty huge. We pulled in at 1am on a Sunday morning and found an empty spot. Registered the next morning and paid $32 per night with tax. We have stayed at Sam's Town in the past but will come here in the future. The pool was perfectly heated and ended up being the first pool we took our baby in to; he loved it.

West Grand RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- I cannot say enough great things about this rv park. It's small (but spacious), flat, no nice view, but i can overlook the lack of character because the park is brand new and the management is second to none. The manager was just short of an angel. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The park itself was so clean and spacious allowing very easy pull-in pull-out no matter what the size of your rv. The laundry was conveniently located and very clean. To top off the perfect park, the restrooms with private showers were quite simply the best I've ever experienced in a park. The park had only ONE drawback for my stay, it is located within a stones throw of the BNSF railroad. Trains travel closely by both day AND NIGHT. If you're a light sleeper or hate trains, this will not be the park for you. (or maybe the town as the train can probably be heard at other rv locations as well) I'm giving the park 5 stars! I love trains.

Prairie Lane Lake Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This is a great family campground. Clean facilities and beautiful lakes to enjoy. Staff keeps park well groomed. Fishing tourney every year with bbq to follow. Several pot luck dinners at pavilion. Golf carts are allowed. Boating is an option. Peaceful and quiet most of the time. Personal accountability is what makes this such a nice park.

Zion Canyon Campground and RV Park - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Previous reviewer mentioned the weird reservation process but I need to add that they are some of the rudest people we have encountered in our RV travels. What kind of place does not go out of their way to take your money? I call and they say YES we have sites available and instruct me to go to their website. I fill out the form and receive NO we do not have any sites available. I call them up and YES we have sites available; back to the form and receive we MAY have sites available but can you delay your stay just to be sure? Seriously how hard is it? I for one am making a statement with my wallet and staying somewhere else.

Sparks Marina RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Agree with everything from the first review. I will add that you have to visit Scheels while at this park. It is a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive and absolutely worth the trip. Our only complaint was internet. Their internet, even when we stayed with about 95% of the sites empty, was slooooowww peaking at 450kb. Plus Verizon 3G and 4G were weak and slow too meaning that if you need to work remotely this may not be your place. Overall a very peaceful location with ample shopping close by. Convenient access to I-80 and overall as advertised. We can see why the park is so highly rated. Definite plus for the astro turf grass; it improved the ambiance and was nice to hang out on. We paid $29 per night for a back-in winter rate. Submitted a video to share.

Cal Expo RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Okay for a few night stay. Very quiet at night and access to the American River Bike Trail is right outside the entrance. Just a big parking lot, gravel or paved with lights so bright at night that you feel like you are in a prison yard. They are real vigilant about security even asking me why I was taking video with my camera; as a paying guest I can take any pictures I want. Their internet was slow but Verizon 3g and 4g worked fine. Would stay again for short visits. Close to major retail and restaurants plus the weekend horse racing was cool to see and hear. Paid $35 per night which was a bit high for what you get.

Skyline Wilderness Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This park is hit and miss. The sites are all gravel, close together and not really cared for but still not bad. It is $35 per night and they limit stays to 14 days max, 1 night out and then 14 days again. During our time here we had neighbors in Prevost buses and sleeping in vans; very mixed company but all really nice. The value in this location is THE location. Skyline was utilized a couple years ago for World Cup Mountain Bike Racing and the trails prove their worth. Amazing riding and hiking right from the campground. The park is also home to a world class frisbee golf course which was always busy during the week and absolutely packed on weekends. We spent an evening at Napa Fair Park and found Skyline to be much better. There were days at Skyline where it was so quiet you could literally hear the birds chirping in the trees across the road from our closed rig! Verizon signal was excellent. Not a sexy campground but everything worked and the price was right for the area. Not impressed by this place. A bit pricey for what you get and the camphosts were a bit rude; one even took the time to "remind" us of checkout at noon even though it was 11 and we were about 30 minutes away from taking off. $50 per night. Drops to $45 with AAA but the park has no amenities other than the 2 old laundry machines. Well spaced concrete pads, no tree cover, Wifi was sporadic. Located on Silverado Trail it is easy to get around the valley from here. Surrounded by industrial businesses the place is a bit noisy during the day. We ended up moving up to Skyline which is a stark contrast to this park. Verizon data was a bit sluggish on 3g and okay on 4g; we found that Skyline had much better speeds for both.

Napa Valley Expo RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Not impressed by this place. A bit pricey for what you get and the camphosts were a bit rude; one even took the time to "remind" us of checkout at noon even though it was 11 and we were about 30 minutes away from taking off. $50 per night. Coyote Valley RV Resort - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Really wanted to like this place but the office ladies (plural) customer service skills were awful. Long story made short they lost a 1 week rental at $385 ($50 per night!) because they more or less stated that I would not qualify for a monthly rate (and I was not going to stay for a month). Guess they don't like young wealthy people staying there... oh well. Outside of the bad experience the facilities were nice with concrete pads and a pretty lawn and pool. Maintenance seemed a bit lax on the lawn and the park had an overall feel of getting ready to go over the edge into trailer park. I submitted a video to help you make your own educated decision. For me I will never step foot on this property again.

Pinto Lake Park Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- What an amazing little RV Park Campground. The sites are narrow but with it being off-season our 4 slide fifth wheel fit fine; it would be cramped if the place was full. They have a 2 week max stay limit so there are only short timers and vacationers. We enjoyed parking on the grass and loved being able to simply lay the blankets outside the door and picnic in the sun. Verizon 4g worked well but 3g was sluggish during busy times. The park provides wifi but it was fast and slow again depending upon time of day. We will definitely return. At $35 per day this is the best deal for a 30 mile radius.

Golden Village Palms RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Park is very nice, with the majority of the residents 55 plus. The streets are paved, very narrow, but the park is very clean, and well maintained. Dog park was disgusting.

Lakeside Casino and RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We only stayed for one night, but it was so beautiful. Pathways around the lake were awesome for walking the dog. The lake its self was very nice, with paddle boats available. Large tree's. I loved it, and plan on returning. Casino onsite, though we did not go there. Would recommend it. Stayed in a 43' motor-home.

Northlake Village RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- We enjoyed the friendly management and would definitely return again. Many long term spaces. Cable TV available only by contacting company. The WI-FI is OK, but low bandwidth is slow and will sometimes drop you out. A nice plain-jane park with a laundry room and some picnic areas. No pull-thru's, but easy backins will take large RV and room to park your car. Close to hwy, about 6 miles to Roanoke. Try Babe's Restaurant for GREAT FOOD at low prices! The large shopping center is about 1 mile closer and has Walmart, Home Depot, Walmart gas, and a variety of fast food, etc.

Four Seasons Family Camping Area - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- this place is incredible...i would recommend this greatly to all!!! had an absolute blast

Bridgton Marina - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- horrible nightmare of a vacation..major sketchy..some guy name ***(Editor Note: Removed name for privacy) there left us very uncomfortable having him around children...the surrounding community was nice....but i wouldn't recommend this

Woodside Lake Park - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- This campground is a joke! After shelling out over $1400 of our hard earned money these people moved our camper from our site, sold our site to someone else, accused us of not watching our children, accused us of dumping black water down the grey water line. After a year of hell with these people they told us we needed to pay them $400 more or they wouldn't give us our camper back. He pulled it up to the front of the park, took his tractor and piled TONS of snow in front of it preventing me from pulling it out. Had to go buy a $20 snow shovel and take turns with my girlfriend shoveling it out. This campground is full of weird, backstabbing people. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They have no gratitude for the money they received. I've never seen such a horrible abortion of a campground. It was a year of my life and a boatload of money wasted.

Twin Lakes Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- I have been staying at Twin Lakes resort for 16 years now and LOVE the place. Nice campground and very friendly and helpful staff

Andy Mountain Cabins - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Over the last five years, my friends and I have gone to these cabins to check out the local trout fishing. I've seen the service and cleanliness of this place go down hill. We've tolerated it until this year. We will never go back because of the unclean atmosphere and the rudeunprofessional demeanor of the owner. He didn't seem to need or care about our business. Their website says they have free wifi but don't believe that either. You have to leave your cabin and sit on a picnic table next to the owners house to use it. Will never do business there again.

June Lake RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- The owner manager was very friendly and helpful. She even provided good help while backing into the site. Not really an RV Park feel, more like camping in someones large yard. The sites are laid out funky making parking a bit tight. 2 blocks from June Lake downtown in one direction and 2 blocks from Gull Lake Marina in the other. June Lake was absolutely beautiful with fall colors in early October. Rate was $35 but with taxes bumped to $40. Decent WIFI, strong Verizon data and phone. Would not mind staying longer.

Tri-County Fairgrounds Bishop RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Arrived on a Wednesday to an almost empty campground. Awoke the next morning to find the place filling up quickly. There was a dirt bike convention in town and they were all staying here. Kind of cool to see them all but definitely a different feel once the place filled up. Water pressure was weak everything else worked fine. We will return. Paid $25.

Spaceport RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Short term pull thru sites in the middle. Long term tenants on the outside. Not scary but not clean. Price is reasonable and it is the only park in Mojave. Okay for an overnight stay or useful if you are working in or around Mojave.

Tri-County Fairgrounds Bishop RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- What a find. We are traveling 395 and have never stayed in Bishop. Gravel lot with new hookups. $25 per night cash or check paid to office. We were literally the only ones here the first day and one other camper arrived the next. Amazing views of the mountains and a short walk to town and groceries. Verizon data and phone is excellent. Not a resort but appropriately priced for what you get. Sites would be tight if the place was crowded.

Cedar City RV Park at Best Western Town & Country - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Definitely not what we expected and we ended up paying more and going out to the KOA. Basically a parking lot behind the hotel it did not have the feel we were going for. Being said it would be perfect if you are just there for a festival or to visit the town.

Anaheim RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Well run RV park with very professional office staff and clean grounds. Sites are laid out very funky making driving around a bit difficult. Lots of trees and some are very low. Price is a bit high but it is all about location. A few blocks from Disneyland.

Le Sage Riviera RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Park worked great for us. A bit tight to navigate through but the sites are roomy with plenty of space out front once setup. Neighbors were friendly and the location is amazing. Literally 2 blocks from the beach, next door to the Golf Course, and 3 blocks from the butterfly grove.

Fort Tuthill County Park Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Chanced it and gave this park a try. Dy camping out in the prettier area with a nice trail into town. Perfect for our weekend stay in Flagstaff. The price is perfect.

Virginia City RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We all loved this park even though it is flawed, a bit tight and older facilities. The town and surrounds more than make up for it. A living breathing piece of American Ole' West history.

Prewett Creek RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Fishing on the Missouri River was the highlight of our stay here. Very idyllic setting with deer walking through our site in the am. We paid about $39 per night.

Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Amazing motorcoach resort right in the middle of suburbia Las Vegas. A number of the sites are privately owned (maybe all of them) but we got one that was fixe3d up to the gills with paving stones and BBQ very nice. The pool area was nicer than some of the fancy hotels. Convenient in and out for us coming from Southern California. Expensive but you get what you pay for.

Holiday RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Very small and tight spaces. Okay if you are in one of those Camping World rentals but with our large 5th wheel it was a bit of nightmare. There are a number of more spacious campgrounds in the area that would have been much easier to get into and out of. Office staff was friendly and the remainder of the accommodations were nice. Paid about $40 per night.

Blackwell Island RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice RV Park on the lake with an easy walk into downtown. Gravel sites with good spacing. Looked ot be a popular place during our stay. We paid $42 per night and believed it to be worth it. Wish we had the jet skis with us.

Peaceful Pines RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Okay for the overnight stay. Train noise and gravel sites but easy in and out and a reasonable rate. We will stay again.

Mariposa Fairgrounds - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Stayed here while visiting family in Mariposa. Verizon extended 3g connection allowing us to work with 5 bars from lot 5 at this location. We would not recommend this place to anyone for longer than 1-2 nights. For short term you get partial hookups down on the front lawn which is pretty albeit a bit noisy from the banked highway that echoes noise directly on the grounds. Lot 5 is the full hookup gravel lot at the top of the fairgrounds. No views, very dusty, and you are next to the permanent residents. The campground host is a psycho avoid him like the plague. His first words to us were you can not park there! Followed by when are you leaving! He berated us for not checking with him first and tried to get us to move to a crammed spot between two crappy rigs; we ignored him and everything was fine. Not many choices in the area so beggars can't be choosers. very uneven takes a lot of time to level. 1 hour into Yosemite valley floor and 45 minutes to Mariposa Grove.

Happy Holiday Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Okay campground during our stay. First cold snap of the season hit and it was nice to to be convenient to propane to top off the tanks. Very tight roads and overall an okay place to stay.

Angel Lake RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Lots of freeway noise but the gravel sites fit our rig and the wifi worked well. easy on and off and perfect for an overnight. price is reasonable at $25.

Turah RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Few sites for short term stays mostly full time residents in the remainder. Extra long sites and a good laundry.

Ancient Redwoods RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very nice RV park with easy access to the Redwoods. Verizon signal was okay for phone and data; worked better with our amp. Price was $35 per night. A 5 star across the board.

North Rim Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Lovely NPS campground with majestic views that are well worth the price. No hookups but log pull thrus. Great spot for a 2 day stay.

Alpine RV Park & Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Perfect for our visit in August to Cascade National Park. There was Verizon signal for phone and data that allowed us to work during the day and campground is reasonably close to the park to check everything out. Our 35' rig and toad fit perfect. Grass sites with concrete patios. A nice setting and very inexpensive.

Half Moon Bay State Beach - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Not worth the $50 for the ocean front sites. Take a $35 site on the inside rows and you get the same experience. Great multi-use path for 18 mile rides. Good spacing between sites, no complaints except for price; for no hookups $35 is steep.

The Old Camp Casino - My Rating is 2 out of 5 -- Not much here okay for an overnight stop but that is it. 50amp full hookups in a gravel lot for $22 per night.

Lava Flow Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Unique campground in this appropriately named National Park. Nearest town is Arco and it is a small town. The kids had lots of fun hiking around teh various trails through the lava flows. Also check out the interesting history exhibits regarding Idaho National Labs. Primitive camping but only $10 per night.

Vale Trails RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Shaded sites perfect for overnight stays. Wifi worked well and they had a huge selection of cable channels allowing us to keep up with the NFL during our travels. Paid just under $30 for the night.

Bullards Beach State Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Another example of how great Oregon state parks are. Only issue with this one is that everybody already knows!. Get a reservation or get there early to get a spot. $30 per night full hookups next to the beach. Note the full hookups can be hard to come by so head advise from above and make reservations or arrive early.

The Lakes RV & Golf Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We made it a point to stay here for a few nights before heading up to Mariposa and Yosemite. This is a very nice RV resort with clean sites (concrete pads and grass lawns) and a lovely little lake surrounding the pool and spa. Staff were professional and courteous. The only problem with the place is location; there is literally nothing here but a small farm town. After 3 days we had literally covered every poignant item of interest within a 30 mile radius. Stretch the radius out a bit further to 50 miles and now you get into the interesting spots of the Sierras. It was 2 hours into Yosemite Valley. We paid $40 per night for their low-end back-in site, large enough to hold our 37' rig only with the truck parked a short walk away in overflow. If you are a golfer this place is awesome.

Santa Barbara Sunrise RV Park - My Rating is 2 out of 5 -- Already referring your website to everyone I know. I wish I would have found you sooner. We took a trip up to Santa Barbara and based upon some reviews we found and the location of this campground we thought it would be perfect for us. Instead we were crammed into to this run down place a stones throw away from the 101. Your video shows it exactly how it is. We were not expecting this and were disappointed. If you know what you are getting into and expect to just sleep eat and be out on the town then it works. We were looking to camp and hang out so it did not for us. Paid over $55 per night.

Beavertail Hill State Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Pricey for a state park with only electricity. Wifi worked well. Sites are a little tight for larger rigs. Next time we will look into a private park. This is more for weekend campers than us "ole farts" looking for creature comforts. Nice trails and lovely trees. Paid $25 for the night.

Iron Horse RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Stayed over night and looked lucky to find a spot. This town is packed with workers for all the mining activity ion the area. Park is clean with paved sites and concrete pads. Used the hot tub at the adjacent hotel which was nice albeit a little walk. Prices are high in this area due to demand we paid about $40.

Country Manor Mobile Home Community - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Great spot in Visalia. Nice and apparently new concrete slabs with green grass all around. Inside a mobile home community. Compared to the KOA 2 miles away at $47 per night we will take this place any day of the week for the $35 per we paid. Wide roads made it easy pull up and backin. Verizon 4G and 3G were okay not blazing fast but not slow either. We have submitted a video to share.

Bakersfield River Run RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Impressive RV park with resort like amenities. Just off Highway 99 on Rosedale Highway across the road from Costco and adjacent to the Kern River. About half the park is full long term residents but their rigs are new, sites are clean, and they are very quiet (gone to work early and back late) Pull through are very long and they even have several hundred foot long pull through available. Close access to the Kern River Multi-use trail which was great for riding the bikes in a traffic free area. Wifi worked great, Verizon Data (4G and 3G) along with phone were very strong also. Pool and spa were perfect... literally everything was perfect. Place gets 5 stars across the board. Paid an average of $29 per night for our 8 night stay.

Twin Lakes Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Location and price make this place worth it. We spend our summers here all the time. Amazing campground next to incredible fishing lakes. Sunrise is incredible here. Not luxury and a bit sparse but who cares.

Burns RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Excellent wifi connection and cable to watch the Dallas Giants game. Not much else in the area and at $30 per night is worth the price. Decent for an overnight stay.

Village of Trees RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Park like setting the trees very out of place behind a truck stop. A highlight of our trip. Verizon and wifi worked well. No significant highway noise and convenient on and off.

Lake Pleasant Regional Park – Desert Tortoise Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Sites are unlevel but the location is pretty. Fun hikes in the area and the adjacent Marina brings civility to "roughing" it. Rate of $25 per night for partial hookups.

Quality Inn Navajo Nation - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Only deal in the area glad it wasn't a dive. Reasonable rates and full hookups. Wifi in the office and a good restaurant on site. Some long term tenants in the park but beggars can't be choosers. For a short term stay it is fine.

Millerton Lake State Recreation Area - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Really wanted to love this place but at $40 per night we just couldn't. Great lake, full hookup sites, and a close by Verizon tower all add up to what we want but in the end $40 for a state park is ridiculous. No wonder the sites were all sitting empty. Come on California!

Riverpark RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Beautiful campground right on the Rogue River. The only drawback is the narrow roads making it very difficult with our large rig; most of the sites are inaccessible to us. They did have a few we could fit into but very stressful navigating around. If you have a shorter rig then by all means this is a wonderful place to stay. We paid $30 per night for an off river front site. The River front sites are worth the additional price.

Apgar Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Located inside the NP from West Glacier this campground has room for tents and RVs. It is a short walk or bike ride over to Apgar village where shops and restaurants are located. Definitely bring the kayaks or plan on renting some to paddle Lake MacDonald. An amazing location and at $20 per night can not be beat. If you are a cyclist plan on waking up early, riding the tram with your bike to the top of Going to the Sun, and then rolling back down... amazing.

Miles City KOA - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Clean KOA with reasonably priced sites. The pool is a nice touch. Convenient to I94. Miles City is lovely with some good food too. Large Cottonwood Trees on the property added a nice touch with the adjacent Yellowstone River.

Longview North / Mount St Helens KOA - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Very disappointed with this campground. Very crowded and lacks scenery. Feels like camping in a parking lot. They have an ongoing problem with their sewage and our campsite was flooded with raw sewage when other guests up the hill dumped their black tanks. Stayed here on a holiday weekend and the store closed early. There are much better campsites closer to Mt St Helens. Don't stay here.

Lake Striker Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Had A Very GOOD Time TY So Much, Editor note: removed personal name for security was signed by author

Tapo Canyon Regional Park Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Very nice small RV camping park up in the canyon. Park host was helpful with instructions and rules. Unfortunately our stay was ruined by a local ant colony that tried to invade our rig. Contrary to the other reviewer we were able to pull a steady verizon phone signal with our Wilson amp. Data was too sporadic to be useful though. Summer rate is too much for what you get at $37 per night.

Serrano Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Reservations needed and well worth it. A public forest campground with full hookup RV sites. Located on opposite side of lake from Big Bear there is a paved bike trail that runs along the edge of the park. There are a couple of resort type private campground in the area. Place was completely sold out when were there. Fun and cool get away during the heat of summer.

Desert Willow RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Stayed on two separate occasions during a two week span and enjoyed the park each time. Very quiet and peaceful. Off I15 at Main St the park is kiddy corner to a Target shopping center making it easy to walk over for groceries while leaving the rig all hooked up. They take Good Sam for $32 per night or without for $35. A lot of longer term tenants but their rigs are kept clean and sites tidy. The pool is refreshing. Verizon data is steady 3G just not very fast (better at night and early morning). They offer free wifi but we did not use it. Propane filling on site. A useful stop to break up the long drive out to Vegas or Havasu.

Lakeside Casino and RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We have visited 46 states over the last 3.5 years and stayed at 50+ campgrounds and RV Parks. This one was by far the biggest surprise. You turn off the main highway at a strip club and drive 4 miles past the ruin and decay of a post real estate collapse boom town to arrive at a lush green oasis. Once inside the park if you did not know any better you would assume that you were in the mountains. Trees, grass, a fishing lake, luxurious pool, and well spaced sites make up this RV resort. We paid $29 per night for this place and WILL return to Pahrump simply to stay here again. Verizon data was okay, not fast but okay. Not much around so you will have to drive into town for food and supplies but you could easily just stay here and have a great time without leaving.

Pondera RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- A good place to overnight in a self contained rig. The woman that runs the place is a character and kind of highlights the park. Okay for an overnight stay or two.

KOA Lake Tahoe - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Right off Hwy 50 this could be a nice park for say $35 per night but charging $70 is outrageous. Being unfamiliar with the area we paid and were sad we did. The park is nice and the staff are very friendly. Lots of shade trees. Not large rig friendly but we fit with our 32 footer. Lake Tahoe is beautiful. Next time we will stay at another location just not worth the price here.

Page Lake Powell Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Excellent nightly rate for full hookups and pool. We paid $22 per night and love this area. Not a resort but not bad. A lot of rental and tourist rigs which made for great conversation poolside. There are tours that drop off and pickup from just outside the park. Walmart is just down the road. We will be back.

Forks 101 RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Not a bad location to stay and visit the area. Convenient to the Hoh rainforest in Olympic NP. Back in gravel site with full hookups. Grocery across the street. Kind of funny seeing all the Twilight references around. Paid just about $40 per night. Not much else over this stretch of the area so we were fine with the price.

Harbor Vista Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Good privacy between sites and a lovely overall setting. About 1 mile from the beach we drove it rather than walk. We entered and left this place impressed. Paid $25 per night.

RV Park at Circus Circus - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- All about location. Right on the strip and kind of sandwiched next to the new and very large casino hotels this place was great to provide access to the strip. We gambled and partied late with the ability to simply stumble back home. Lots of families and what appeared to be half of the Camping World RV rental fleet with all of the tourists. A lot of fun. For any whiners out there this place is not very quiet and very cheap but it is on the strip in Vegas what do you expect?

Big Bend of the Colorado State Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Wow! what a nice location to stay. We were originally staying at a private park in the area but stumbled across this location through your website. Decided to check it out first and are extremely glad we did. It was really hot in August so the place was completely empty except for us. The sites are raked, yes raked, gravel with ample spacing and easy access. Very impressed with this place. No direct views of the river but you can navigate some trails to the shoreline.

Airstream Village - My Rating is 2 out of 5 -- No way would we stay here. It is a nice little park but in a horrible part of town. When we pulled up mid-morning we witnessed a drug deal on the opposite corner. Very sketchy neighborhood. 6 blocks east of the Fremont experience but not worth the risk. We cruised down Boulder highway to another location. From the look of the rigs at this location the folks must be a hardier sort than us.

Las Vegas KOA at Sam’s Town Boulder Highway - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Visible security presence throughout the park with regular patrols that cruised all the lanes on their bikes and occasionally by car. Office staff was efficient, the rules are a bit draconian but they ignore the lame ones. Verizon 4G was good and 3G was fast. Hookups worked well just a weird method for sewer hose drains, they hang loose within the box over a drain hole and are not sealed completely. We were setup with a scenic view of the neighboring Eastside Cannery hotel which had a pretty light show at night and modern appearance at day. Great area for exploring all of Vegas area including Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam. We had a 70' pull thru for 1 week at a total price of $196 including all taxes and fees. Sites are gravel and roads are paved. Pool area is nice.

Don Laughlins Riverside Resort Hotel & Casino - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Very nice view from the edge sites. We were on the top row backed up to overlook the water and casinos. Some grass, lots of dirt, and heat. Laughlin is not as popular as it once was making it great for us. We had the jet skis and spent the majority of our time in the water.

Desert View RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- No one at the office and not any materials out but the park host was helpful for us. Gravel sites with concrete patios. A lot of long term rigs but nothing unsightly or worrisome. Pool was nice and had netting to keep down the wind. Good Verizon data signal and easy access to the interstate.

KOA Needles - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Not as impressed as the other reviewer. The park is easy access off I40 and offers gravel sites with a nice pool. Office staff was friendly. Problem we had was that the 50 AMP plug had an open neutral which kept causing our AC units to trip the breaker. We found that the neighboring park was offering a slightly cheaper rate with slightly better sites (gravel with concrete patios and larger shade bushes). The advantage for the KOA was easy after hours site selection. Fast Verizon data signal. We paid $32 and change per night

Grant County Fairgrounds RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Long level pull thru sites next to the fairgrounds and river. Excellent stop over while traveling this remote section of the state. There are deer walking right through the park; very cool! Rate of $20 per night can not be beat.

Pardee Lake Recreation - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Very nice campground to stay at with the fishing boat. Lots of room between sites all is well kept. $31 per night with full hookups.

Nevada Treasure RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Nicely landscaped park with a wonderful pool area. We only stayed a short time which brings up our only complaint... the pricing structure is kind of ridiculous. Their daily rate after 10 days equals their monthly rate. If you are here long term then the complaint should not bother you at all. Otherwise plan accordingly. Some of the sites look a bit tough to get a big rig into while others are easy shots. Overall I give the park a 9 just fix the pricing plans.

Silver View Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Park has designated areas for short and long term clients. Some of the long term rigs are a bit unsightly but everyone we met was pleasant. Very nice pool that offered some respite to the 115 heat outside. We will be back. Paid $30 during the week. Price is a bit higher on weekends.

Ridgeview RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice views looking back at Laughlin. Nice staff and some of the amenities like Wifi and cable were a bit iffy. for the price though it was all good.

Three Island Crossing State Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice state park with a great history interpretive center. Water was cold in the river which was a great contrast to the heat outside. Thankfully our covered wagon has AC!. $22 per night.

Neat Retreat RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Located a few miles away from the interstate this park is situated within a mobile home community. Roads are paved and sites are gravel. Price of $32 for the night was a bit high.

Trout Creek Motel Cabins & RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Scenic campground with excellent amenities. We enjoyed the lake for fishing. Walking distance to town which was fun with the kids. Had a very peaceful overall feel.

Lake Shel-oole Campground - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Public campground with partial hookups not far off I15. Great stop before heading into Canada. The have an iron ranger and the rate we paid was $18 for the night. Situated below a dam.

Johnson’s Campground and RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- If you make it this far north in your rig then this is the park to stay at. Rustic setting on a hill with scenic views of the Glacier National Park Mountains. A short drive to a lot of the scenic spots of this great national park. Amenities worked well and a good restaurant on site. You do pay for the location, anywhere else it would be expensive.

Campground St Regis - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We would have preferred to stay here as their rates are a bit lower than the other park. Both are very nice and we just happened into the other location. We have stayed here in the past and can attest that this is a great park.

Nugget RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very clean park and it was really nice to walk the trails. No cable or wifi but suitable for a getaway during travels along I90. The other park in this area is also nice so you can't really lose in this area.

Recompence Shore Campsites - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Lovely RV park. We stayed in a the more wooded sites with water and electric hookups. We had fun kayaking right from the park and just enjoying the lobster bake.

Likely Place RV & Golf Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice challenging golf course in a wide open feel RV park. Highway 395 is a drive through some of the more desolate areas of the west and we enjoy finding little creature comforts like this park.

Riverwalk RV Park & Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- So it is only a short walk to the Eel River brewing Company which adds a star. The place is clean which adds another star, the jacuzzi was hot for another star, huge pull thru adds a fourth star, and my overall happiness with this place rounds it out as a 5 star park. Very nice setting and well kept. There is highway noise from the bordering 101 but not overwhelming.

Meteor Crater RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice park off the interstate. There are some eyesore permanent rigs but nothing too scary and overall well worth the $27 per night. Very easy on and off and easy to maneuver into the park which is exactly what we sought.

Barview Jetty County Park Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice little park near the water. Rates are now about $25 per night which is very good for the area. Family friendly.

The Palms River Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very very nice RV Resort on the Colorado River. Lovely pool area and large sites. Everything was absolutely perfect and the rate was flat out cheap for what you get. We will be back again!

Laughlin Avi Casino KOA - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Not located right in Laughlin this park worked for us as we wanted to drive down to Havasu anyways to check out that area too. Amenities worked well for the price. Very hot but the electricity did not fail us. We paid less than $20 per night.

Bonanza Terrace RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Suitable as a home base when visiting the area. A lot of permanent residents but clean and well kept. We were gone during the days and slept here at night.

Las Vegas KOA at Sam’s Town Boulder Highway - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Paved roads with gravel sites. There are some trees for shade and excellent coupon deals at the casino. Hookups worked fine for us. Rate was $25 per night.

Cape Cod Campresort & Cabins - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Staff was great, they worked with me to be able to move sites to camp near family....staff is always around to help if needed.....I paid for a larger site because some of the standard sites were small....we will be staying here again

Bay View Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice campground....staff was helpful and friendly....while drinking my coffee one morning I actually saw a guy sweeping the dirt off the road....it is that small attention to detail that I like....some sites did look a little small and there are a lot of seasonal campers....I recommend this campground

Gold Ranch Casino - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Amazing views, nice amenities, great hot tub, and good price. Casino next door and an overall wonderful RV park. There is road noise but not too bad.

Holiday Inn Prospector Casino RV Park & Hotel - My Rating is 2 out of 5 -- Not impressed with this place. Camping sites are in a dirt and gravel lot with lots of potholes and dust. The overall feel is old and dirty which we did not like. The price was the only benefit to the park.

Cactus Petes Saguaro RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Self registration RV park next to the casino. Long pull thrus and back-ins available. Food inside the casino was expensive but the RV park was cheap so take your pick. Amenities worked well. Not bad for an overnight stay.

Pine Near RV Park & Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Recently renovated and upgraded this is a very nice RV park. Staff was wonderful and the area is incredible. If you are a hiker make sure to look up the Easy Pass Trail, unbelievable hike. Excellent value for the money and an easy walk into Winthrop.

Sugar Barge Resort & Marina - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Well kept campground with easy access to the boat launch ramp. Very cool location on an island with a remote out in the middle of nowhere feel.

Las Vegas RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Clean campground with lots of pavement and trim vegetation. It was extremely hot during our stay but the voltage held strong and our AC units kept the unit cool. The pool was refreshing for a morning and evening dip. A number of long term residents but we have experienced that at other Vegas area parks too. For the rate it is a good park.

KOA Klamath Falls - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- An older park with dirt and gravel roads. More reasonable priced than some other KOA parks in a pretty area of Oregon. No road noise and sufficient hookups and amenities.

Washington Park Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Not for large rigs this park worked perfect with our pop-up. Very woodsy setting with narrow roadways and rustic sites. We had water and electric hookups. Great spot to explore the San Juan Islands from and we love that Anacortes is a real working town and not some tourist trap.

49er RV Ranch - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Stayed for two nights while traveling the historic gold towns of the western Sierra. The park is mostly long term residents with a few spots for short term tenants. A bit tight with our large rig but once in the location suited our needs. By no means a destination park this location works if like us you are looking for a place to park hookup, and venture out. Bathrooms were not clean so plan on being self contained. Easy walk into town.

A Country RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very nice park for our overnight stay. Super easy in and out no leveling needed. Rate was $33 for the night. Nice pool area and the laundry looked clean too.

Jellystone Park at Cobb Mountain - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- I stayed at Jellystone Cobb Mountain California last weekend. It was my kids first camping trip so I read many reviews and did additional research. One of the things I read often was that the staff was terrible. This could not be further from the truth. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout. One thing advertised was a year round trout pond. This does not exist. I was told that the previous owner paid to stock the creek with trout one year and that was it. Small tip, stocking an open water source may not have the desired results. There is a game room there, however there are out of order signs on half of the antique machines. The persons servicing the machines is not apart of Jellystone but is a jerk. Guilt by association? There were other activities and the main point is that my kids had a great time. This camp ground is actually very close to being the campground that is advertised but is not there yet. This is an ok way to introduce camping to your kids.

Prairie Lane Lake Park - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Management is awful ude and this place is NOT A FAMILY CAMPGROUND. They don't like small children and once your children are older they will kick them out and not allow in campground until they become a member. Rules do not apply to everyone. Owner manager is all about money and don't care what the people camping there think or feel. Campground used to be nice until owner manager took over. Lot rent continues to go up or they find another way to take money from you. You have to pay extra for air conditioner, electric golf carts and now electric that was included in lot rent all year you have to pay for during winter months. Mosquitoes are awful - Off will not work here, you will need something high in DEET. No activities for the children. This park is turning into a retirement home instead of a family campground. Lake Wapsun is very close to this campground and they have lots of play areas for children and other activities as well. Go there instead of Prairie Lane.

Oceanside RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Loved this park for the easy access to the beach. Gravel sites were level. Adjacent to a small airport but there was no excessive noise. At night you fall asleep to the sound of a fog horn. Very peaceful getaway and priced well at $30 per night.

Canyon RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We were very surprised at how woodsy this park felt. It is literally sandwiched below the highways and there is road noise but it is in a canyon with green grass and large shade trees. Everything is kept in great order. About a 20 minute drive to Disneyland plus a nice bike path running along the river right next to the park.

Pyramid Lake RV Resort - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Whoa what a dump. We have driven by this place along the 5 in the past and had plans to stay here with our boat to use Pyramid Lake. We ended up just turning around at the entrance and staying over at the publicly owned facility run by Pyramid Lake. The video does a great job showing how bad this place has been let slide. It looks like it was nice at one time but is now in complete disrepair.

Sky Ute Casino RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Well worth the price. Full hookups and a free breakfast for $30. Pool was refreshing and I even won some cash at the slot machines. Staff was very nice. Sites are paved asphalt, no trees, easy in and out. Not a luxury resort but that is why we bring our own accommodations.

Phoenix RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Large level sites paved. Grounds are clean and bathrooms work well. Obviously the folks that run this place actually care that it is nice. Convenient shuttle to the Indian Casino.

Wonderland RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Incredible views from this campground. Well kept with lots of green grass. One of the most beautiful areas of this country. We had the Jeep and found amazing 4x4 trails all over the place.

Wildhorse Casino Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice location with incredible views but more of a parking lot with hookups. No shade trees. Overall the best choice in the area but not as nice as it once was.

Candlestick RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Good shuttle bus into town from the paved lot near the stadium. We took in a ballgame which was nice to walk to from home away from home. Not cheap as we paid almost $60 per night but pretty much the closest full hookup park on the peninsula.

Wisconsin Dells KOA - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This park should be an example for other KOA locations. Very well kept and managed with easy access to nearby activities and all the water parkin' fun of the Dells. A little bit of a walk to town but doable. Pool is nice but smallish. Worth the price for what you get.

Trailer Village RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Full hookups and easy access to the shuttle that takes you everywhere around the park. We paid $38 per night which was okay given the location. Restrooms are a bit of a walk which was not a big deal for us being self contained but could be an issue for others. Site was not level but not too out of shape either.

Valley of the Rogue State Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We have had some issues in the past with private parks in Grants Pass. This year we decided to stay here to visit family in the area. It is close to the interstate so there is highway noise and the spaces are close together but the scenery is pretty and there is a nice biking trail into town. On top of that at $24 per night for full hookups the price is right too.

San Mateo Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Took the church group here during the week. This campground is perfect for the kids and tents. High shrubs between sites provides space and privacy. Lots of room to run around. Not in a really pretty area but the beach is accessible via a hiking trail. Very pricey.

Lake Erie State Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- All about the sunsets! Amazing views in the late afternoon looking across Lake Erie. Stayed in our Class C but this is also a nice tent camping state park also. A bit crazy over the weekend but not too bad.

Chautauqua Lake KOA - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- While I appreciate a clean, well taken care of campground, this one is run by a woman who has some serious control issues, and is training her young son (?) to be like her! When she wasn't patrolling, he was! Felt more like a prison camp-campers stayed in campers, only 3 sites had campfires, too many STUPID rules that stem from the owners personality. If you are almost dead, this is place for you-not kid friendly even with poolplayground! Shocked KOA associates their name to this place. Customer service so bad it didn't deserve a rating but I couldn't post this without adding at least a half of star! We will never go there again!

Lake Osoyoos Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Beautiful lake to visit in the summer. Very crowded the weekend we were here. No hookups so only suitable if you are prepared. Allowed to run the generator during the waking hours. Nice beach for swimming right next to the campgrounds. A little pricey for what you get, a place to park, they even had an extra fee for the dump station.

Flagstaff KOA - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Loved the provided breakfast every morning. Overall this is a clean park that wears the KOA badge proudly. Sites are a bit small but our 35 foot fifth wheel still fit. In our opinion the nicest park in the Flagstaff area. Nice setting in the trees and next to the mountain side.

Comstock Country RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Good location for access to Tahoe and Carson City. Sandwiched between the 395, 50, and mountainside they actually do a good job of setting up the spots to be relatively quiet. Video does a good job showing the park. We stayed a month and the rate was reasonable for that time period.

Lake Casitas Recreation Area Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- I know this Quagga Mussel is a problem but when I bring a perfectly dry brand new kayak why does it need to be locked up for 10 days? You can see the price on the hull! The campground is nice as usual with full hookup sites. We actually stayed right in that row pictured in the video! There are a ton of different camping options here. Ojai is nice to walk around in but it is worth it to drive the other way up to SB or Montecito.

Premier RV Resorts – Salem - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Amazing amazing amazing RV park. They claim to be one of the top in the nation and we absolutely agree. Everything was handled and managed in a top notch manner. Get the deluxe sites as they are well worth the upgrade. Great views from the park too.

Lake Park RV Resort - My Rating is 2 out of 5 -- Came here based on a passport America listing. Drove all the way out here only to find they only allowed fully contained rigs. Disappointed with the wasting of our time. Alot of worn down rigs and permanent residents. The closer to the lake the sites the better they were.

Campground by the Lake - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- In our opinion this is the best place in town to stay. Just across the street from the lake very wooded setting. During the summer this park is busy but in the fall and spring it can be close to serene. Only complaints is that there are a lot of weekend warriors looking to party it up; they do quiet down but during the day expect a lot of activity around. Video provides a great overview of the location.

Middle Ridge-Vermilion Valley Service Plaza - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Our first time ever traveling the turnpike. Friends had mentioned that these service plazas were the place to stay. Not bad for $20. Met some interesting folks during our one evening stay. Nothing fancy overall just a place to sleep the night and move on in the morning.

Roundup Lake Recreation Destination - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Spent the 4th of July here. They have turned the park around that it is no longer a Jellystone park. Nice sites everything was well cared for. They still have the seasonal sites but everything was better cared for compared to our last visit. We paid $40 per night.

Sterling State Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Large sites in a wonderful setting along Lake Erie. Convenient to the interstate and very easy to maneuver our large rig. Husband liked the bike trails. Open skies with few trees for good satellite reception.

Oak Creek RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Well cared for RV park with excellent staff. The pool was wonderful over the 4th too bad the fireworks got screwed up at the Bay. Oh well the park made up for it with a nice ambiance and excellent location to get away from it all.

Mammoth Mountain RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- The Good: Full hookup RV camping sites in Mammoth Lakes. The Bad: expensive, poorly run, a bunch of kids manning the office with NO customer service skills, expensive. We have decided this will be the last time we stay here. Mammoth is a lovely place but there are other lovely locations along the Sierra that offer full hookups at a reasonable price.

Lake Lurleen State Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A very beautiful state park with shaded sites boarding a picturesque lake. Good fishing and some challenging hiking trails. The sites are showing some age but everything works. Price is very good at $23 per night with full hookups.

Blue Lake RV Park - My Rating is 2 out of 5 -- There is no beach here for kids - water is 50' deep from the dock, and kids can't go near the water without a life jacket! My kids were too scared to swim - and were over-charged by the owner for a paddle boat rental. Freight train goes right by here every few hours blowing it's horn - actually shakes your RV - scares you awake in the middle of the night. Water wasn't working at our site, but we were charged for full hookup and told to hook up to the water in the site next to us by the less-than-friendly and very opinionated campground "helper". We could only handle 2 nights here, paid for 6 - small print says "no refunds" on a link attached to the website. Didn't see this until it was too late. Would not recommend advance reservations until you take a look for yourself - especially if you want a beach, andor peace and quiet. Clean bathrooms, lots of neat places to hike and sight see near here. If you can't swim, can't hear, and have money to burn - this is the place for you!

Coleville / Walker KOA - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Glad I found your website! The video sold me on this place and the park looked exactly as pictured. Nice gravel sites with picnic benches at site. Close to 395 but traffic is not too bad and trickles to nothing at night. The hillside behind the park is lit up making for a scenic evening under the stars. Lots of off-roading in the area and 5 minutes to Monitor Pass or Topaz Lake. We paid $34 per night.

Angels Camp RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice owners that live on site. Pull thrus were convenient for our overnight stay. Amenities worked well. 8 miles north of Paris TX. Short drive over to the lake for a dip.

Las Cruces KOA - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Well groomed campground even though everything is dirt gravel. Awesome views looking east. Paid $40 per night and believe it was worth it. If you are just staying in this area take the time to check out White Sands NM about 45 minutes away.

Canyon Gateway RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Like all the campgrounds in this area this place is a bit overpriced for what you get. It is a parking lot adjacent to the highway, tight and noisy. It is a clean park with everything in its place just don't think you are getting away from it all.

Twin Lakes Catfish Farm RV Campground - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Originally planned to stay here while in Tennessee. The park was mostly long term tenants and did not have the feel we were looking for. We ended up driving down the road to a state park and were very happy with that decision. If you are into the fishing or just need a spot for overnight this is an option.

Cedars of Lebanon State Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice state park with ATV trails, playgrounds, and well shaded sites. The large pull throughs only offer 50 amp service (or 20 amp) so if you have 30 pick a different site. Price is very reasonable and it is not too far from Nashville.

Brown’s Town Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Not a bad place to stay but a little tight for our large rig. The golf course next door is nice and the grounds were great for the kids. We took the bikes along the side street and cut over to downtown Bishop. Paid $30 per night. Verizon coverage was great.

Bend Sunriver Thousand Trails - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Right off Blue Diamond exit a nice RV park with concrete sites and paved roads. pool area sells it for our family with one for the kids and one for us. Amazingly there is little road noise from the interstate even though it is a stones throw, with a good arm, away. Better than Circus Circus for being close to the strip.

Oasis Las Vegas Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Quaint little campground with views of the golf course and mountains in the distance. There is road noise but not overwhelming. Spaces are tight for larger rigs. Green grass and natural landscaping add to the feel.

Oak Knoll Campground - My Rating is 2 out of 5 -- What a mistake! I only found your website after it was too late. We used another site and this campgrounds website to make our decision to stay. We wanted to be close to Palomar with our 36' 5th wheel. This place claimed to be able to handle us but as your video shows it is really just a tent camping site for the short term stays, they could fit a larger rig in their long term sites but did not even offer. We ended up needing to call a tow truck to help us get out after trying for 1 hour to unsuccessfully avoid trees and boulders while leaving. Neighbors were rude and inconsiderate making loud noisy until 3 am. Pool was nasty. Their dump station was out of order. I will bookmark Campground Views for future reference great resource wish I would have used it ahead of time!

Bar Harbor RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Narrow access roads with low limbs, take your time. Well worth it if you get a water facing site as the views are incredible. You pay for the location and it is worth it. They are open year round in case you are in the area during the off season. Nice little pool.

Amish Country Campsite - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Well kept campground. Owners are knowledgeable and nice, very willing to give useful advise on where to go and what to see. This was the first time our kids had ever been to Amish country and they enjoyed it immensely. Wifi in the park is very good. No sewer hookup at sites but there is a dump station. $25 per night

Rio Bonito Cabin Resort and RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Lovely RV Park with a gated entrance. Everything is new and very clean. Paid $30 per night. Owners were wonderful and the sounds of the river made for tranquil setting.

Honey Bear Hollow Family Campground - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Only give it what i did because there are no negatives. I have never been to a place that i paid to stay and felt more unwelcome. Words really cannot explain just how unfriendly the crazy owners are and how much i wish i could tell everyone to stay as far away as possible from this retched hole on gods green earth. STAY AWAY

Daisy State Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- $22 per night for a lovely water front site. Well cared for state park with nice spaces for large RVs down to tent campers. Verizon 3G was solid making the park almost perfect (no sewer connections).

Mormon Island State Recreation Area - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Stayed the night here on our way to Wyoming. They charge a camping fee plus a vehicle fee making the total nightly rate of $23. Electric hookup only but suitable to sleep and pull out the next day. This park was originally developed for that purpose making for a unique little history lesson for the kids. Verizon worked great.

Mono Vista RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A great spot to stay for access into Yosemite. This is the fast way to enter the valley floor via Tioga Pass. Lee Vining is a cool little town and Mono Lake is right there for unique Kayaking on a Saltine Water. We got some incredible pictures of the tufa towers. Also a short drive from Bodie, June Lake, and Mammoth. With the the full hookups and reasonable price this is a great park.

Longview North / Mount St Helens KOA - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This park has new managers who have really turned this place around since our last visit. Grounds are in excellent shape and all baths, play areas are clean. Convenient to St Helens with an hour drive and an overall lovely part of the state. We will be back.

Clio’s Rivers Edge RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Clean park with large sites and amazing scenery. Staff was friendly albeit a bit gruff with the rules, in our opinion a good thing to be. Verizon signal was strong. Price is right for the quality of the place at $40.

Park of the Sierras – Escapees Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- As a member of Escapees this place is a deal. Up in the foothills of the Sierras it is still a ways into Yosemite. The sites are okay very large but gravel. Roads are paved. Lot of tight turns for big rigs so take your time. A very pretty area and well worth the $15 per night.

Destin West RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Really high end, brand spankin new RV resort. Paid for that luxury with a crazy high rate. Well worth it but only for the weekend we were there, $99 per night! Everything was top notch plus you have access to all the beaches. We were there a few weeks before the tropical storm hit so hopefully everything makes it through okay.

Two Rivers Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- City owned campground. Concrete pull thru and back in sites. Everything is brand new and perfectly laid out. Very convenient to this lovely area of the state. Price was $35 per night.

Lake Osprey RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We stayed here a few months ago and all we can say is wow! This is the closest to perfect we have found at an RV resort. the price was almost unbelievable for the luxury of the park. We had heard about this area of Alabama but never actually stopped to visit. Do not make the same mistake. The golf course is nice and all amenities are top notch.

Lazy A Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Found this campground thru the website. It was a perfect little stop during our travels. A little away from the highway so it was silent at night. Hookups worked fine for our stay. Green grass sites looked nice. Paid $25 for the night.

Beaver Dam Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We loved the access to water, Kayaking in the pond and the very clean swimming pool made this park perfect. The managers were wonderful and the park is well kept. Use care when approaching on the highway the signs are small and you can easily drive right on by.

Lubbock RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Stayed overnight. Park is older and has a large number of longer term tenants but the place is well kept. The pool was very nice and for less than $30 for the night this was a good choice.

KOA Alamosa - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Well maintained and well run KOA. Incredible views of the mountains in the distance and not too far from the Sand Dunes NP. We stayed for 3 nights paying $35 per night. The pool was very refreshing after a day out exploring. Pull through was very long and fit our 38' fifth wheel fine.

Armitage Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very nice publicly run campground. The sites are well spaced and well kept. Lots of green and next to the river. Price is reasonable. We had reservations making arrival perfect.

Indigo Bluffs RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very nice park right next to the expensive motorcoach resort. The staff was very friendly and guided us straight to our site. Well shaded. Lots to do in the area. Paid about $45 per night.

Bordertown Casino RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice clean park away from Reno by a few miles. Grounds and facilities are kept very nice. Right off 395 for easy access. Pull thru was long but not wide. They rejected our Good Sam discount even though signs are everywhere.

Indian Shores RV & Cottage Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Pricey but very nice. A lot of seasonal campsites and park models meaning the place is well cared for. Nice views and access to the lake. Lots to see and do in the area making for a nice vacation we enjoyed.

Wild Cherry Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This was our first choice in the area since we are golfers and liked the access to the holes around the park. Problem is they have a length rule for rigs, craziest thing we have ever heard, and our 22' TT was not allowed. Oh well we found a decent alternative closer to the lake. Price was steep for what we saw.

Leelanau Pines Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Very campground feel website. Sites are dirt and located in the trees. The water front is very nice with sandy beaches. Not bad if you hang out in the water. A lot of seasonal campsites.

Rancho Oso Guest Ranch and Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This place is the reason we joined Thousand Trails. The facility is like a postcard picture just amazing. The only handicap for the park is the entrance road which is very tight (one rig will fit at a time). Easy drive to Santa Barbara, Solvang, the beach, and all teh great sites along the central coast.

Americamps RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Great stop over spot for overnight stays. We always choose the long pull thrus as they are easy in and out. The staff is great here and there service alone deserves the little extra they charge. Grounds are nice and everything always works well.

South City Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- 50 amp electric and water for $10 per night. No sewer but the price is great for a short term stay. There are low trees so park as soon as possible when entering.

Harbor RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Excellent price for the view alone. The park is not that great without the views and the short little walk to the overlook of Noyo Bay. It is also a short distance to some good little restaurants. There are some pricey alternatives in the area but for $25 you can not beat this place.

Mousetail Landing State Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A newer RV campground which is great for smaller rigs. The road is very tight for anything larger. This is a neat area of the state to visit and the river was great for kayaking.

Fantasy Island Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Small park with some nice seasonal sites right on the river. They even have their own docks into the water. Wouldn't mind staying here longer.

Bryce Pioneer Village RV Park and Campground - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- We paid $30 for the RV sites which were obviously neglected compared to the hotel. The advantage to this place is easy access into the heart of Utah's color country. Not bad for a place to hookup.

Nickerson Beach Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This county park is not cheap but neither is the area it is located in. For the price you get walking access to the beach and driving access to the various sites out on the peninsula (or is it an island). Large sites with excellent amenities this place must be packed during the peak season. And yes it is an island :)

Indian Springs Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice little park for an overnight stay. We had a water front site, back-in, which was very scenic. A bit of road noise but to be expected. Price was a bit steep even with the discount but overall it was okay. Their wifi was weak.

Malibu Beach RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Very pricey in season rates but you pay for the location. We had an ocean facing site with incredible sunsets. Mornings were very foggy which we liked. There is road noise from PCH below which was worse on the weekends with motorcycle traffic. Office staff needs some help with customer service. There is a nice beach just across the highway but the speed limit is 55 right there and people are traveling much faster, care is needed crossing. Great video of the campground here it does a good job providing the overall feel.

Badlands Ranch Resort - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Campground is in really bad shape. We originally were coming here but ended up going down the road a little bit to Badlands Motel and Campground. Not sure what is up with this area but we have been having bad luck finding reasonable accommodations.

Lake Meredith National Recreation Area Campgrounds - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Great boating lake out in the plains. We have camped at a bunch of the various campgrounds around this lake and each has their charms. Good fishing too. An all around great place to visit. Best part is that camping is free!

Winslow Pride RV Park and Convience Store - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Park is right off the interstate adjacent to a fuel station. We paid only $16 for the night and it was an easy on and off from the highway. Perfect for that purpose if you are in a self contained rig.

Wakeda Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Still a bit early in the season which was nice because the place was not packed like it will be during peak summer time. They have something like 400 sites here which would be amazing to see all the people. A nice place to get away for the weekend and not that far from the ocean.

Crazy Horse RV Camp Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Older park with a little bit of a run down feel. Accepted discounted rate we paid $28 for the night. Nice pull thru sites with appropriately placed and serviceable utilities.

Klamath River RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Amazing views of the mountains in a near perfect location of California. Easy access to all the nearby Redwood stands, state and national parks. A little tight between sites.

Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park at Kozy Rest - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Super nice campground with ample things for the kids to do. This is a destination location if you plan as we did you can arrive and not leave until the weekend is over. Very impressed.

Green River State Park Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Used this state park for what was a planned overnight stay and ended up stretching it into 2 days. An amazing area of the country with a pretty river and lots of green. I had the clubs along so was able to get a quick 9 holes in in the am before leaving. No hookups so not a long term stay but nice for a short visit.

Carthage RV Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Just off the highway 79 this place is well cared for with nice concrete pull thrus. We stayed overnight and had no complaints.

Beaver Creek RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- We love this area of the state but found this park to be too much of an overnighter type of place for us. A couple of long term residents. Gravel sites. Really in a cool area.

A-OK Campground - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- A bit cramped in the sites and over all the place had a run down feel. Not bad just needing an update. Given our nightly rate of $35 we were not happy with the value.

South Carlsbad State Beach Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A great weekend getaway. No hookups and a bit tight to keep pulling in and out if you need to dump so plan accordingly. Stairways down to the beach from the campground. Even though it is tight once in a site you have bushes on either side making for space. For just a weekend it is worth paying the extra $20 for an ocean facing sites.

Bowling Green KOA - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Very surprised by how quiet and peaceful this place was given the proximity to the highway. Nice sites with plenty of room. We even had a concrete patio.

Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A lovely site in an amazing corner of the US. We were blown away with the entire San Juan Mountains area. This park made us feel at home with incredible scenery and accommodations. Easily fit our fifth wheel and truck.

Mitchell KOA - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We were very impressed with this park. We stopped here not knowing what we were getting in to and found the staff and grounds to be wonderful. KOA needs to give these folks some kudos because they make them look good. Good sized spaces, easy to maneuver into, and easy in and out access. Price was reasonable too.

Sundermeier RV Park & Conference Center - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Easy in and out for overnight stays. Concrete pads. Very pricey for what you get and mostly long term residents. Right next to Katy State Park for riding bikes.

Percival Springs Airport & RV - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Stayed overnight here. Nice and easy in and out. lots of grass huge long pull thrus. Reasonable rates.

Mitchell Resort and RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Neat and clean RV park with ample play things for the kids. We hit this place for the weekend and did not leave at all. Very fun and relaxing. Pads are gravel and some of the fun things to do force you to walk close to neighbors sites. Otherwise wonderful locale; we will be back.

Rancho Sedona RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice location in Sedona. You do pay a bit more to stay in the area but this park has the perfect feel to match the area. This is a popular park and we had reservations well in advance. Spoke with some neighbors who eeked in with a bit of stress. Well maintained park.

Sandy Riverfront RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- What an amazing park. The manager was wonderful and the easy access into and out of this place made our overnight stay perfect. Hookups are in the rear.

Sleepy Hollow Lake Campground - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Mostly seasonal campers we stayed here overnight to visit with some friends who rent a site here for the season. They like it we were not that impressed. Given the location access to the lake and neighboring stuff to do we get their reasons for staying. Not right for us but may be okay for you.

High Plains Camping - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A bit pricey for an overnight stay the owners are very nice and the park is well kept. There is a family restaurant right next door. Not bad for an overnight stop.

Forked Run State Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Situated in the hill country of Ohio this is a beautiful lake to take the popup camper, larger rigs should plan ahead as there are some windy roads. A bit dated but well cared for this place is great to get away from it all.

Morro Strand State Beach - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Brought the family here to tent camp over the weekend. Found this park on this website and really appreciated the information. Luckily we were next to tent campers on both ends and they were both very quiet. It is a bit tight between sites. The kids loved the tide pools.

Candy Hill Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Well cared for RV park with easy access and navigation inside. Nice area for walking the dogs. A little pricey but not too much given the quality of the place.

Sea Wind RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Right next to a county park with a fishing pier this is a very nice RV park in the countryside. Very reasonably priced and pretty views. Sites are huge.

Gitche Gumee RV Park & Campground - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- BEWARE! In May (2012) we sent a deposit to hold a site for us in July (2012), and five days later had to cancel. After initially telling us he would refund our deposit, the owner, has disappeared and will not return our calls, emails, or letters. His assistant, tells us that the owner is in Florida or Kansas, and that he will pass along the message, but we never have received a return call. This is not a reputable or ethical business.

Cachuma Lake Recreation Area - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- As a kid I remember coming here and sleeping in a tent area. It was dirty and cramped. Guess my memory is bad because this place is really nice with our rig. The lake is beautiful for fishing and kayaking. The RV sites are concreted and some are dirt. Lots of open space and grass around. A bit of a party on weekends but nice during the week.

Huntington By The Sea RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Right across the highway from the beach but also right across the street from a power plant. The park is not that nice for the price more of a paved parking lot. We actually liked the pavement as it gave us a clean spot to get the sand off. Just a place to sleep at night and it is okay. Compared to the publicly available campgrounds it is actually reasonably priced. Nice pool area.

Rancho Corrido RV Resort and Campground - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- This is an area of California that simply makes me sad. Its absolutely beautiful but not well cared for by the people that live there. This park is in an idealistic setting below and away from the highway. More of a trailer park with a lot of long term residents there was a separate overnight area. The access roads into and out of the park are very narrow and steep. The exit has low tree branches making it difficult for larger rigs to get in and out.

Taboose Creek Campground - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- This place is "okay." It's great with tons of open space. No it's not an alpine forest, but it's also not the Mojave desert either. Avoid this place during the summer time because it gets over 100*F daily.

Blue Valley RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A very nice newer RV park. We had a good time staying here riding our bikes into town and enjoying the Balloon Festival. Office staff were really helpful and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Totem RV & Trailer Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Older campground that only benefits from location. Price is about right. No problems staying here as we were simply gone most of the time in town.

Suntides RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Well kept park with paved roads and a nice golf course next door. It is about 3 miles outside of town. A lot of permanent residents but their sites are clean. Paved sites with grass separators.

American Sunset RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very nice RV park with a beautiful tenting area. Everything in the place was well kept and clean. Definitely the nicest place and town plus the rate was reasonable too. Huge sites that easily took our rig and tow. Only thing holding it back are the grass gravel camping areas.

Trailer Inns R.V. Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- A bit old and run down this place in our opinion is okay for an overnight stay. A bit pricey for what you get. A lot of older rigs an dnot much to do in the immediate area. Management was nice though.

Wrights Desert Gold - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Okay for an overnight stay. Place is older meaning the sites are narrow. Everything is paved but our site was not level. Nice owners and reasonable price with discounts.

Dos Picos County Park Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice little county park tucked into the hills. Play area was nice for the kids and large grassy areas were fun to hang out in. The park roads are a little tight but there are some bigger rigs in there; personally I would be nervous with all of the branches and trees. Nonetheless a nice place to stay.

Deserts Edge RV Village - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Excellent location and well maintained park in a good location. Nice pool an dhot tub area. Owner is nice.

Sun Outdoors Ocean City - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- According to their website they were ranked the Top Park in the Nation for 2012 by Woodall's. We agree with the findings. Very nice park that is well run. Off-season prices are reasonable, looking at peak rates we would avoid (almost $100 per night). Right near the bay, nice amenities and pools.

Hoodoo’s Dexter Shores RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Incredible park on the shores of the lake. A lot of long term residents but they are clean and the few spoke with were nice. Right off Hwy 58. Will be back again.

The Oasis RV Park at Aztec Hills - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Not bad for an overnight stay. The road into the park is rough so take it slow. Dirt sites.

Texhoma Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Better than Wallymart for an overnight stay. Thank you to the city for making this available. Free for overnight stays. Near the railroad tracks in an industrial area.

Nashville Shores RV Resort and Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Just made reservations for this summer. We stumbled upon the park last year after visiting the waterpark. Plan on a three day weekend with the kids. Should be a blast. They just remodeled everything and the park is perfect for a getaway.

Two Rivers Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- About 1 mile from the Grand Ole Opry this park is a little outside of town. Facilities are clean albeit a bit older. Place is well run and better than the nearby Jellystone by a long shot.

Big Water Lake Club Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A nice membership park. Rate is reasonable with our Coast to Coast. Seems a little run down in areas but no more so than a lot of the other membership parks we stayed at.

Diamond Jacks RV Ranch - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We checked out this park and it is not too bad. There is a separate area for the short term stays. The road entering is tight and at the bottom of the loop is awkward around the trees. I would recommend only for shorter rigs.

Diaz Lake Campground - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Place is really high priced for what you get which is a place to park. There are a number of other lower cost options in the area. If you are going to pay just go to the commercial campground down the road.

Deep Creek Lake State Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Just looking through our pictures from last summers trip to this lake. What a wonderful long weekend with the family. We tent camp and this place is just perfect.

Cheaha State Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Love getting away to here. We have a self contained rig which is a bonus here since the bathrooms are nasty. For the price and location this is worth it. Some wonderful hikes right from the campground. If you have a bigger rig enter from the north.

Bolsa Chica State Beach - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- All about the location. Right on the beach sites are on a paved lot. Okay for a day or two but can you really justify the price if staying longer. Amazing that our state is broke given what they charge per night at these state parks. Nice dog beach a short walk away.

Sharp RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Stayed overnight here. Nice park mostly for long term residents but with a few spaces set aside for travelers. Just off I29. We paid only $25 for the night easy in and easy out.

KOA Missoula - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- For a KOA this place was really amazing. Excellent grounds large sites and easy access to amenities outside the park. As a plus the rate was more reasonable than other KOA campgrounds. Worth a stay in the area.

Coachland RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice park right next to forest land. A bit pricey but still worth it. Right off I80 on the east side of Truckee. Mostly full time residents

Sonoma County Fairgrounds RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Clean overnight spot with friendly hosts and easy access. Watch the entrance it is a deep dip. Quiet at night.

Lakeside Hotel and Casino RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Not as nice as it used to be. It almost seems like they are re-branding the location. It is suitable for an overnight stop since the rate is so cheap but the park seems kind of run down.

Diamond Lake Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Pretty location and reasonable price but some of the permanent residents make the location feel not so great.

Saguaro Escapee Co-op Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice Escapee member park with mountainside sites that overlook a beautiful view of sunsets. Paved roads and gravel sites.

Fairgrounds RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This place is great if you are self contained. Gravel sites that are long and have good spacing between. Price was very good with Passport America. Outside of town a little bit which made for a comfortable quiet feel.

Fort Beale RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice clean park with large sites and full hookups. Convenient to the interstate and accessing Kingman which is a cool route 66 city.

Sky City RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Long pull through paved sites this is a travelers park good for overnight stays. A bit of a hassle with their locked utility boxes and needing to get a key, just annoying. Access is via a service road to the other-side of the Interstate. Place looks very nice recently upgraded and the price is inexpensive. Verizon worked well for data and phone.

Brookhollow RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very nice RV park with all paved roads and sites. Price is very good for such a nice place. There are a few restaurants and shopping nearby.

Pear Tree Motel & RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Right next to I5 which is a bonus and a take away. it is loud but easily accessed. We used the park as a stop over after a long drive from central California. Better than a Walmart.

Bridgeview RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Beautiful views of the river. The park is well run with nice grassy areas. The freeway is across the river so there is road noise. Sites are a little tight but not too bad. Price is right.

Meridian East-Toomsuba KOA - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A little run down with large sites that can easily take any rig. They advertise a water slide but it is only open on weekends. A little expensive but easy access from the interstate brought us in.

Mountain View Holiday Trav-L-Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We stayed here while driving to Twin Falls. A little bit of back tracking off the interstate but not bad. Sites are a little tight but we fit fine and found the services satisfactory.

Desert Sands RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Not kid friendly more of a long term snowbird park. Narrow sites mostly park models with a few RV sites. We stayed because it was close to family. If you are in the right audience this place works. A bit pricey.

Saddle Mountain - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very clean RV park at an excellent rate. Silent at night and everything is in its place. Easy access from I 10.

Antelope Valley Fairgrounds RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A giant paved parking area. Not very busy and very inexpensive. Just off the 14 you follow the roadsigns up and around a big trucking building. A lot of out of town plates on the rigs leads me to believe that this is a favorite stop for folks in the know. Cool motor-cross track just down the road where we watch some great riders racing over the weekend. Also a swap meet taking place at the fair grounds next to us.

Thousand Trails Soledad Canyon Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- One of the nicer Encore resorts we have visited. We stayed near the entrance and enjoyed the grass between sites and decent spacing. Depending on if you have neighbors or not things could get cramped. The main road is paved but the interior roads are loose dirt meaning dust is a problem. No cell signal but okay to get away for a bit.

Overnite RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Okay for an overnight stay. The site was level the staff was professional all was good. It is at the end of the airport which made for some plane noise and I also heard train noise.

Tulsa Warrior RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- This is one of a very few RV Parks in Tulsa. Located 1 block to the South of I-44 as you approach Tulsa from the West. The park is primarily extended stay but they do keep a few pull-thru's for overnight stays. Ok restroomshowers and laundry and ok wi-fi. Sites are level and a bit tight for a 40' but can be done. Easy access to all things Tulsa. IMHO as good as any other park within Tulsa city limits.

Arizonian Travel Trailer Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A snowbird destination with park models and longer term rigs but all are in excellent shape and well cared for. We are not particularly excited about parks that cater to longer term residents but it must be the access to ATV riding that keeps this place fresh and young feeling. All sorts of activities and just off the highway. We are fans.

Pacific Pines RV & Storage - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Narrow lots all concrete. Clean plus a well stocked game room. There is good separation by shrubbery between sites. No road noise even though it is just off the 101. Excellent wifi service. We will be back.

Silver Spur RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Stayed here as part of an organized rally and everyone was really impressed. Paved roads and large sites with a very attentive staff to boot. Place is well kept and very reasonably priced.

Paso Robles RV Ranch - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Not good at all. Mostly full timers that have run this place into the ground. Amazing given the high dollars a quality place could bring in. Next time we will pay more to stay at Wine Country.

Country Manor Mobile Home Community - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- More mobile home park than RV park it was still a nice stay with green grass around and good sites. Not bad at all.

Black Bart’s RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Easy access to I40 but a bit run down. The concrete needs to be re-poured. Restaurant on site. Excellent Verizon signal. Some older rigs in teh back.

Saratoga Springs - My Rating is 2 out of 5 -- This is worse than camping at Walmart! The sites are at the back of the day use parking area and they have crazy checkin and checkout rules. Only useful if you need to stay in Saratoga otherwise find somewhere else.

Stampede RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Good location right next to town. A little rough around the edges but the price is reasonable and the hookups work.

Guadalupe River RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Lovely river view sites with ample room and incredible scenery. Very nice resort with multiple pools. Only downside is no fenced dog run.

Campground at Port of Siuslaw - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Great location for enjoying old-town Florence. River front sites are very nice if you have rear facing windows. Price is right a bit tight but within walking distance of everything.

Homolovi State Park Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Nice state park campground with pricing for sites ranging from cheap for tents to less expensive for rigs. Cool ruins to checkout and the scenery was wonderful. Clean place we will return.

Palm Springs Thousand Trails - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Adjacent to the interstate there is a constant hum of noise. The ark is not luxury and in fact I would advise them to not even try to get grass to grow, it is the desert. If they cleaned up the landscaping this would be a very nice park. It is crowded but the neighbors are nice and we even found ourselves "playing" at the pool with friends. As TT members this is not a bad place to go.

Elma R.V. Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Clean park with absolutely wonderful owners. This is a park that is an example of why we love RV camping so much. Rather stay in an expensive hotel we get the chance to be treated kindly by folks like these. The place itself is clean spots are a bit tight but not too bad. Flowers were blooming everywhere while we were there. Overall great. Stay 6 nights and the 7 is free.

Premier RV Resort of Eugene - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A well maintained and run RV park adjacent to the interstate. The proximity makes it noisy but if you are like us and do not mind then this place is perfect. Well maintained and two laundries to boot. We stay here while going to and coming from California to visit the kids.

Lake Havasu Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Stayed as a guest of a member. We have stayed at a few membership resorts and always wonder what the fuss is about. Place is not bad but not good enough for us to be willing to shell out cash to join. Nice little pool and a newer area across the road, where we stayed.

San Bernardino RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Not bad for an overnight stay. A lot of permanent residents but the managers were nice and we had no problems. Not exactly destination resort but okay for traveling through. Price is right for the amenities provided.

Lozier Mobile Park - My Rating is 2 out of 5 -- Not much to do...1small bathroom, and a small beach. The manager of the park has a very bad temper when he has been drinking!

Moon Mountain RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Nice place with a few awkward sites. We like how quiet and out of the way this place is compared to some others closer into town. Very clean with easy access to the interstate.

Guajome Regional Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice county park. Okay for a short stay with no sewer. Price is right and relatively close to the ocean.

Jackson Rancheria RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A wonderful RV park relatively new and nice. The shuttle swings through every 20 minutes. The back-ins are best and everything is literally perfect. Worth the extra price.

Seacliff Center RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Mostly full time residents but the place is clean and we liked the paved sites. Close to the beach very quiet and right near shopping. A little pricey.

Point Hudson Marina and RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- The water front sites are well worth the price. Much larger and with a view. Interior sites are a bit more cramped. Few blocks walk into downtown and great views of the ocean. A well run park at a reasonable rate.

Fidalgo Bay RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Stayed here during the late winter at an inexpensive rate. The park is a bit pricey for what you get during the summer rate. The bike trail runs right through the park into Anacortes. Right on the bay but looking across the water all you see are the fuel refineries. The San Juan Islands are a must visit.

Outdoor Resort Palm Springs - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We like the idea that the sites are individually owned. Each time we return the spot is a little different depending on the owners taste. The rate is really high but we don't mind and feel it is worth the price. They nickle and dime for things that are free at other much less expensive parks, like wifi for example. Not pet friendly if you like having your dog outside.

Benson I-10 RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Excellent for an overnight stay off I10. There is a Denny's right across the way making for a quick walking for dinner and breakfast. Well kept and for the price worth it.

Ajo Heights RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Nice clean sites with concrete pad and cactus gardens. Owners are very nice and this place was easy to get around in our large rig. Great Wifi and easy access to stores.

Thornhill Broome Beach Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- All about the location. Right on the beach next to the waves and sand. During the weekends there is a lot of road noise from adjacent PCH but at night it is just crashing waves. Try to go on a not too busy weekend to be able to avoid some of the folks who are a bit rude to neighbors. During the spring and fall this place is best. Stayed here one New Years eve and had the place to ourselves. Again though it is all about the location.

Tapo Canyon Regional Park Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- As a local to the area we use this park as a quick getaway when breaking in new upgrades on our rig. Just up Tapo Canyon the park is located in a sand canyon. There is no cell signal back there making for peace and quiet. 1 mile from civilization. The county recently upgraded all their county parks and this one got nice treatments too. Concrete slabs with dirt open area in between. A nice green play area nearby too. If you are a cyclist Simi Valley is a hidden gem with great mountain biking all around and leg burning road rides too.

Chula Vista RV - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Really wanted to like this park but in the end it was just okay. The grounds and facilities are immaculate and represent the pricing well (we paid about $65 per night) but the sites are a bit tight and our water view location was not water view, it is a few blocks over. Great walkway around the marina and you are right on the Bay Bikeway to Coronado. 20 minutes to downtown SD and 20 minutes south to TJ. If you want access to nice facilities then this is the park for you.

Grand Canyon Railway RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A nice luxurious feeling RV Park right next to teh train depot. problem is that you are right next to the depot and the road. Not very peaceful but still a nice place to stay. I must say that the prices are a bit steep around here for both the train and the park. Paved sites and paved roads overall a quality place at a quality price.

Sparks Marina RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Immaculate RV park with all facilities spotless and in perfect running order. Monthly rate is a steal so we stay here when visiting friends and family. We like walking around the lake up the block. Definitely a great deal.

Rancho Jurupa Park RV Park and Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Wow wow wow. We were absolutely blown away by this county run campground. Their new RV section looks straight out of some of the higher dollar end RV resorts we have stayed at and these were only $30 per night. Riverside has a lot of history and a nice downtown area. You feel secure here.

Golden Shore RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Well manicured resort right on the harbor in Long Beach. Incredible city views and walking cycling access into the city. Good discounts for long term rates. The pool is nice too. We stay here for trips to Disneyland and the LA area as it is one of the more reasonably priced alternatives around. Right next door is the ferry to Catalina Island; a must visit for history buffs. Sites are nice kind of a sandy gravel and we now bring a rug along. I dinged them a bit because a rug is necessary. Overall a great place.

Trailer Lane RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A nice little RV park close to the golf course. The owners were friendly and knowledgeable. Right off the highway so there is noise. Overall well worth the money.

Distant Drums RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Amazing views of the valley from the outside campsites. This place handled our large rig fine and they have sites suited to smaller rigs too. They have Wifi but it may be faster to use the postal service ;) Overall nice facilities and priced well.

Lake Athens Marina RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- The campsites are on sand. This might be considered an older park but the view of the lake and the almost constant breezes and quite spots makes this an excellent place to stay. Each site has 30-50 amp service, water, sewer. WiFi, pull-thrus, big rig access, 3shade trees, pets allowed & family friendly. . There is a excellent restaurant on site and a boat ramp. We stayed 2 weeks in a motor home & would stay here again.

Portland-Woodburn RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Friendly front staff and easy on off of the interstate makes this our last stop before heading up into Vancouver. Pull thrus are convenient and long. Wifi is strong and descent shopping at the outlets. A bit high on price but you pay for convenience.

Tucson Lazydays KOA Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- What we liked about this park is that it was more for travelers than the rest in the area. Rather than a snowbird landing spot this place had some youth going for it. Not that we are against older folks just like to get around folks our own age too. This place is immaculate and has a great pool too.

Marin Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- For visiting SF this was a great little park. Not exactly a destination resort but for the price and proximity to the ferry well worth it. Just off the 101 for easy access. Mostly long term tenants but they seemed to be higher end with no trashy feel.

Silver Spur Ranch RV & Mobile Home Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Spectacular park with the greatest manager,Laura B. She is very helpful, caring and makes the park a family atmosphere. Thank you Laura and we will be back next winter and each winter to follow. We miss everyone already.

Fallen Rock RV Parke & Campground - My Rating is 0 out of 5 -- Stinky service from the manager and owners. I've had better service at truck stops than here. Poorly kept up bathrooms, pool. I don't recommend staying here to anyone. High rates to stay here for the service.

Redding RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Easy pull thru sites and not too expensive with Passport America. Close to I5 this was a nice overnight stop during our trip.

Holbrook / Petrified Forest KOA - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Free Tengo internet. Gravel drives and sites not perfectly level. The place is okay not exactly excited but not too bad either. Would stay again.

Caseys Riverside RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A beautiful well kept RV resort right next to the river. Very peaceful and scenic. The onsite management is very thorough with keeping up the place. spacious paved sites with green grass.

Heritage Luxury RV Resort & Marina - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A very nice new motorcoach resort. We are considering buying a site and stayed for 1 week to get a feel. Over all we are impressed and will consider. Everything is very nice.

E & J Resort - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- A Good Sam park hence our stay the park is a bit pricey for what you get but convenient to the interstate and the Flying J. Not quiet due to its location but okay for a short stop.

Hargus RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Very convenient off I40. The park is installing new utilities and we stayed in a pull thru that had already been upgraded. Everything worked great. Sites are a bit cramped but fine for a short stay.

Orangeland RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Nice park with the front dedicated to vacationers and the back half to long term tenants. Staff is a bit gruff and gave us a hard time when originally drove into the park sans trailer to check it out. When we returned as paying customers they were more polite. The nice thing about this park is it is located a few miles from Disneyland so the restaurants in the area do not have the tourist surchage tacked on. Overall good experience they just need to be nicer to looky-loos.

Anaheim RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Not as nice as we were expecting. They stuck us into one of their smaller backins and the front desk staff directed us in the wrong way to line up; had to loop back around. If you are here to go to Disneyland then it is perfect but if you will be spending some time at your rig then there may be better options around. Quiet area with a consistent hum of I5 on the other side of the wall. A bit steep on the price. Verizon data is weak during the day due to Disneyland traffic on the network.

Lake Cahuilla Recreation Area Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Another great Riverside County Park ruined by the locking of the only access gate. Why would anyone willing stay in a location where they are locked in is beyond me. Anyways the campground itself is very nice with pretty views of the lake and mountains. You are not allowed to touch the water but they do have a pool open seasonally. Located way out away from town in the southern end of La Quinta. A nice get away spot. Verizon signal was good from here for both phone and data.

Borrego Palm Canyon Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Needed to post a real quick note. The state park is within 2 miles of downtown Borrego Springs meaning there is a string Verizon signal at the main hookup campground. This counters what we had read on other review sites. Overall a great place to stay if you don't mind some rowdier neighbors. Incredible views of the mountains and hiking trails from the campgrounds. For a CA state park rates are reasonable.

The Springs at Borrego RV Resort and Golf Club - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Newer park with ongoing additions. Stayed just before Easter and their original quoted rate of nearly $70 per night was way outside of our budget. Called back twice and each time the price came down until we finally paid $45 per night for 1 week. At this price the place is nice; had we paid more it would have been ridiculous. Pool is nice and the golf course look pretty. A lot of snowbirds and seniors but the weekends brought youth into the park. Verizon signal was strong.

Taos Valley RV Park & Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- In our opinion the best park in town. Very well kept within everything you need. We love this area of NM in the spring and like skiing at the nearby resort. Very convenient to everything. A bit pricey but for what you get it is acceptable.

Jekyll Island Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Park is in a great location with a wonderful bike trail adjacent to the place. Not luxury camping but perfect to get away. Lots of bugs in spring so just be ready. Overall a wonderful experience.

Palo Duro Canyon State Park Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Amazing state park. Nice sites for a spring vacation. Great hiking trails and scenery. For a state not known for state parks this one is really nice.

Cowtown RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- 168 total Full Hookup RV Sites. Can accommodate any size RV. 3050 amp service on all sites. Long pull-thru sites on cement pads. Long deep park, no highway noises if you go way back into the park. Amenities include Wi-Fi, Cable, 3 restroomshowerlaundry areas, dump station, outside pool, propane, ice, 2 playgrounds, horseshoe pits, rally room, 4 fenced dog runs, mini-store with RV supplies. Good security puttering around in golf carts. We stayed 3 nights & would stay again

Mount Vernon RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Friendly and secure RV park. They keep this place up nice and it is very convenient to shopping in the area.

Tom Sawyer’s RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Wonderfully beautiful place right on the Mississippi. We a site that looked straight out at the river. As magical as the name implies. Amazing service and a very comfortable place to stay.

Highway 71 RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Takes a bit of work to level your rig but everything is else is great. Nice pool area and very professional staff.

Midway RV Park - My Rating is 0 out of 5 -- 30 & 50amp PA park with good rates it is a PA park. Manager was very friendly and helpful. The sites were gravel and great in the dry weather. WiFi was excellent. Laundry facilities are the owners own units but usable if need be. We stayed in a motorhome, We stayed 3 nights and would stay again.

La Pacifica RV Resort - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Can't judge this one by the cover. Mostly permanent residents the place is teetering on the edge of becoming more of a trailer park. The outside looks good and the pool is nice but overall we had a bad feel while staying here with a lot of run down rigs and a few stray dogs running around. Right next to I5 there is constant noise but not too bad given the proximity. 3 miles from the Mexican Border.

Bernardo Shores RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A surprising little find at the south end San Diego Bay. During our stay the park was pretty much empty making for a very peaceful location. All backins but with plenty of room to fit this is a nice little park. There is a bike trail just down the road that goes around the bay out to Coronado or back around towards SD.

Twin Pine RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- The park was clean and friendly people but too close to the highway and with the and truck noise and the winds it sounded like jet planes taking off so we only stayed the one night. Too bad because it was a very nice park. No shade so not nice so nice in the summer, but had good WiFi. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Tucalota Springs RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- If you just want to get away from it all this is the perfect place. Located in a little valley 4 miles east of Skinner Lake it is close to Temecula but far enough away to feel like the middle of nowhere. A nice little lake and friendly permanents creates a unique overall feel. There is no cell signal here.

Port San Luis Harbor Campgrounds - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- All about the location. Very popular tourist area meaning there is little privacy and the price is a bit high but we know that going in. Both dry and full hookup sites are nice.

San Diego Metro KOA - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very convenient to the whole of San Diego Bay this is a very nice KOA. Cement pads with very professional staff and clean facilities overall. Being from the LA area we found the light San Diego traffic to be a plus allowing us to get from point A to B without too much hassle. Close by bike paths connect to the Bay Front trail. Ample shopping in the area.

Woodson Bridge RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Older RV park with some permanents but in a beautiful area and with all easy in and out access for even our huge rig. A 10 for location and about 6 for the park.

Seattle/Tacoma KOA - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Um no not good. This is a really bad KOA. The only thing going for it is the name which tricked us into staying here during our stay near Seattle. A lot off permanent residents and excessive road noise. Rate is too high for what you get.

Picacho Peak Resort 55+ - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A very nice place to stay. They take discount cards making the rate very decent. Clean adn great sites. No complaints.

The Mill Casino Hotel-RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A very nice campground associated with a casino. Great views of Coos Bay and great meals in the restaurant. Well kept grounds and free shuttle to the casino. Indoor pool was a plus.

River Bend Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Long pull thrus but not very wide. Paved concrete. A nice park that could be great if they went the extra mile on maintenance. Overall not too bad.

Sweetwater Summit Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Shh... don't tell anyone else about this place. An absolute hidden gem in the hills above Chula Vista. 15 minutes to downtown San Diego and the bay this county park is home to recently upgraded 50 amp full hookup pull thru and back in camping. Excellent mountain biking and hiking from the campground, fishing on the lake, and 4G Verizon signal all for $30 per day. Follow directions to the park as provided on website; GPS may not route properly given their recent upgrades.

San Diego RV Resort - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- A huge thank you to the staff at San Diego RV Resort. We called for a reservation and they quoted us a rate 15% higher than advertised on the website. When I questioned this he immediately offered $50 off but they would need to charge us $3 per day for our indoor cat! Guess he is into that whole TJ negotiating deal but I am not; advertise a price and stick to it. Thanks to him we found a less expensive and better county park to stay at up at Sweetwater in Bonita.

Cypress Morro Bay - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Mostly long term residents this is located right in town. A bit noisy, cramped, and crowded feeling we were not overly impressed. Fast WIFI and friendly owners.

Sun Outdoors Central Coast Wine Country - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A bit pricey but nice. Not much to choose from in Paso so they do a good job justifying the price with service, cleanliness, and value. We found the sites to be comfortable but a bit short for our long rig and truck making us park in the visitor area.

Santa Cruz Ranch RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Advertised as an Encore Resort this is hardly anything but. A lot of long term residents who act like they own the place. A beautiful location but this place needs some work.

Riviera RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Wow this is one of the nicest KOA parks we have stayed at. Paved roads with grass, dirt sites overlooking the river. Easy access from I10 with helpful staff. There is some highway noise but not over-powering. WIFI worked great.

Haggards RV Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Nice and clean.. A short drive to everything. Nice pull thru sites with plenty of room on all sides. Play ground for the kids and very pet friendly. Like a ranch, lots of wild life. Bring a camera and take pictures of the Antelope. New owners are doing a great job.

Devils Lake RV Park - My Rating is 0 out of 5 -- Really enjoyed our 3 day stay there. Very clean and secure. Only a couple of blocks to walk to public beach access.

KOA Los Angeles Pomona Fairplex - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- For short term stays this place is not that bad. You are right next to the road but separated by a fence and tall brush. Would never stay in the long term sites those folks are sandwiched together. It is a KOA so there is the normal premium. Walking distance to fairgrounds.

East Shore RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very clean campground with trimmed green grass and paved sites. A lot of permanent residents but their sites are clean and they are nice. Required to drive over to launch ramps to put kayaks in the water. Excellent mountain biking inside the park. Lovely area this is a better choice than the nearby KOA.

Pechanga RV Resort & Casino - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Came here after finding out that Skinner Lake locks you in for 8 hours every day with no entrance or exit possible. Called 15 minutes before arrival for a 1 week stay during the annual Rod Run. They had a few spots and offered a special 20% discount. worked out to about $38 per night. This is an excellent RV resort with all spaces offering easy in out concrete sites, wonderful pool and spa, and shuttle service to casino. Love Temecula thanks Pechanga.

Lake Skinner Recreation Area Campground - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Do not stay here. At check-in we were notified that the gate would be pad locked from 10pm till 6am. This gate is almost 2 miles from the campground leaving you trapped in or out; I would never willingly walk into a prison so we demanded a full refund and left. A few days later we returned to check out the campground; it is nice with full hookup sites on 3 loops. Dirt and trimmed weeds with views of the lake. Contacted county and they are open to making changes if people speak up. Letter on way.

Prado Regional Park Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Originally planned to stay at Bonelli Park 10 miles to the north. After researching their rates and comparing the two we opted to stay here. An excellent decision. Very nice campground with large sites and beautiful views. There was some cow smell in the morning but by afternoon it was gone. Riding distance to Chino Hills SP. Amazing wild-life around the lake just watch small pets as the hawks are very aggressive. Locked gate at night with key code access. We will stay again.

Watsadler Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Tight campground roads. Rigs larger than 35' need to take care navigating in. Beautiful location with some road noise from across the lake. Great rates make this a popular location in season.

Encore Sunshine Key - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Love this resort. Feels like ole' Keys without the traffic of Key West. About 40 miles from the popular city it is close enough to make a long bike ride or quick drive into town. Nice pool and access to the beach.

Camping In The Smokies/Gatlinburg RV - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very well kept campground in the Smokies. Trolley to Gatlinburg very nice staff. Open seasonal we were ther back in October. Open sites but who cares since the grounds are nice and the pool is wonderful.

Bayou Wilderness R.V. Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A really nice park with great features for our large fifth wheel. Located in an amazing locale that we could not get enough of. The price was competitive with other campground in the local area.

Navajo State Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very nice place to spend early spring at. We go every year. Good spacing between sites in a beautiful and remote location of Colorado at the New Mexico border. Within driving distance of Durango.

Aztec RV Resort - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- If you are not a French Canadian it is best to find a different place to stay. Do you speak French? No well then good luck. Lovely location and amazing sites but definitely not for us. Area around the park is not the best either.

Walnut RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Great video of this park! Covers pretty much all the positives and all the negatives. Neighbors were great with most working during the day or out visiting family. Definitely keeps an RV Park feel even if it is more trailer parky. A squeeze to get in to if you are not used to parking into a back in. Not many other options in the area.

Lake Perris State Recreation Area - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Great in the summer when everything is open but in the winter it seems a bit too desolate. Due to cutbacks they are only open 4 days of the week. The spots are all pavement with picnic tables and bar-b-ques on the adjoining dirt or grass. Place gets packed in summer. We were there last weekend and it was nearly empty.

Chino Hills State Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- As mountain bikers we love weekends at this campground. We only take tents or the cab over camper into the location because of the 2 miles of rough dirt road to get down into the valley. Once there it is paved roads and paved parking for a nice little camping area. Trail access from the campground and nice bathrooms to boot. Due to cutbacks only open Fri-Sun.

Pechanga RV Resort & Casino - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Advertised and priced as a high end RV Resort and they do deliver on this. Not bad for a one to two night stay but much longer and you need to get a loan or hit it big on their slots. The best option in the area quality wise.

Lake Elsinore Marina & RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This was one of the nicer RV parks around the lake. Lake Elsinore is an interesting community that at times seems really nice and others really not so nice. This park has large spaces with direct access to the water. Weirdly managed with opening closing times and the such but we would return.

Betty’s RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- The sites are a bit tight but frankly who cares. Betty makes this place a must visit for any RV camper. We will definitely return. Pool, game-room, dog run? Who cares! Just go here and take in the true Cajun ambiance.

Fort Davis Motor Inn & RV Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice easy pull thru sites in a very pretty setting. Driving distance to Big Bend and far enough away from the border to avoid any issues. Plenty of room for our rig and slides. TV and wifi were great. Verizon signal was weak but usable.

Trapark Escapees - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A bit tight but with the rate and convenience to the highway how can we complain? part of traveling is experiencing new locales and Pecos was definitely different. Great for an overnight stay.

Ancient Oaks RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- An old KOA park that still has a nice feel reasonable rates and good amenities. A bit tight on some of the sites. Located in a beautiful area of Texas.

Hensley Lake COE Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- In California it is tough to find amazing private parks notably when compared to the many county and in this case COE campgrounds. Amazing views from this sites. Only complaint is lack of sewer connection; although probably a good idea because the spots would be full all the time with them.

The Lakes RV & Golf Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- For once a RV Resort that lives up to the name. Very luxurious, you pay for it, place to stay not close but near to the Bay area. Quiet at night and golf included in your site fee. Not bad. We paid $45 per night.

SacWest RV Park & Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Very tight pull thru spaces with not a lot of room. Outside of Sacramento meaning you have to drive in to see anything. Compared to what is in the area this is not a bad choice. The price definitely has a KOA premium and without those three letters I am not sure this place would be worth staying at.

Lost Alaskan RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Alpine Texas is nothing like the Texas I pictured in my head. This area is incredibly scenic with rock outcroppings, valleys, and mountains. Alpine is a quaint little town literally all alone in southwest Texas. Very nice camp hosts and a peaceful location close to town. Verizon cell and data worked good.

Ocean Mesa Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A very nice RV Park with well spaced full concrete pads, a beautiful pool, and even nice tent camping area overlooking El Capitan Beach. It is on the other side of the highway from the beach and is not in a reasonable or safe distance to walk to the beach meaning either bikes or driving are the safest access means. That being said this place is great. A bit high on the price side of things but okay for a splurge.

Oasis Palms RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Call me surprised by this find. With Passport America the rate was great. Facilities are clean and useful. A bit tight for the spots but not bad. Close to the Salton Sea and south of Palm Springs.

Golden Village Palms RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Well maintained and run park. 55 plus community. The streets are narrow in spots so take your time. Lovely pool area. Sites are gravel with paved roads. Caters to snowbirds.

Havasu RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Top notch RV park with lots of activities in a beautiful setting. Lots are for sale here but why do that when you could effectively rent for decades and still come in under the ownership price.

Sandy Beach Camp - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Incredible views of the lake from the camping sites. There are full hookups at only 2 sites with the remainder either primitive or electric only. Great place to stay.

Ventura Ranch KOA at Steckel Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- The video associated with this listing is a good representation of this KOA. They are currently remodeling so it may look different in the future. Great location in a canyon above Santa Paula. Not really near anything with driving necessary to reach Ojai, Ventura, or the beaches but overall a nice place to stay.

Houston East RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Very nice campground right off I10 for convenient overnight stays. Level concrete pads. Noise from the highway kind of hurst but this is a nice place.

Southern Gates RV Park and Campgrounds - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Convenient overnight stop off Interstate 75. A bit tight with the trees at the entrance. Very nice owners with cookies upon check-in.

Bonita Lake RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Friendly neighbors and lots of fun during the winter in FLorida. Great golf courses in the area and lots of activities inside the park. Park is older so a bit tight but once in all is good.

Woody Acres Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We spend the winters at this park and it is enjoyable. The neighbors are nice and the facilities are nice. The only complaint is the tight sites and normal complaints about the few neighbors who are a bit messy.

KOA Needles - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- For a KOA this place is wonderful. The price is reasonable the grounds are clean, and the sites are well spaced with some privacy. We stay here often and enjoy it.

Cypress Bend RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Perfect overnight stop on I10 in Louisiana. They have large pull thrus that fit most any size rig. Close to a McDonalds and fuel station with Diesel.

Devils Lake RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A nice and clean park with narrow sites. We use this as an overnight during our travels through the area. Easy on off from 101. Helpful staff.

Shady Acres Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very nice people own and run this campground. Located in a residential area this place worked perfect for us while staying close to family. Kept very clean.

Bluff Creek Campgrounds - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Avoid! We stopped in to spend the night but immediate left. Place is horribly run down. Ended up reading some other reviews after the fact and apparently others have had a similar feeling. There are better places in the area.

Tampa East RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice park with friendly staff and neighbors. A bit tight and a little high on the price but they do have a heated pool.

Sea Breeze RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Incredible view of the bay and wonderful grounds. There are a lot of permanent campers but no big deal as their sites are reasonably clean. We like this place for staying in the Corpus Christi area.

RV Park at Rolling Hills - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Okay place for overnight stays. They take Passport America making the rate reasonable for a stop over. Good buffet over at the casino.

Clark County Shooting Range RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This was an incredible find in Vegas. Situated on Sheep Mountain this county park offers almost brand new RV sites with full hookups. We are not shooters but paid for one day just to keep the bureaucrats happy and enjoyed the serene setting. We choose a site away from the hustle and bustle and really enjoyed the place.

Lake Norman State Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- An okay place to stay but with no hookups you better be self contained. It was nice when we were there. This worked well for our pop-up anything larger would be a stretch. More of a tent camping place.

St. Lucie South COE Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This is a very popular in season public campground. Three RV sites are directly on the water and rest are in easy view. There is a resident gator in the water. This is by far one of the cleanest locations we have ever stayed and the price can not be beat.

Quail Run RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This is a decent overnight or short term stay location. The city is severely depressed leaving us to not feel too safe outside of the park. Inside is a different story with clean grounds and pleasant staff and neighbors. A few miles to Casa Grande where real shopping is available.

Tumble In RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This is a brand spankin new park in a cool southwest Texas town. Great for stargazing at night and within driving distance of Big Bend National Park, yet far enough away to avoid border issues. Beautiful area of Texas. When we visited it was still being finalized.

Hunting Island State Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This is one of the reasons we RV. An amazing location near Hilton Head with tree covered camping sites, access to the beach, wonderful trails, and a remote feel. Simply incredible. Always busy so make sure to have reservations.

The Ranch (Escapees Membership Park) - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very friendly people run this Escapees park. The location is wonderful and the places is super clean. One of the reasons we are members is access to this location. Not far from Carlsbad.

Camping World of Chattanooga Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This is not a bad place to stay for overnight or when work is being performed. We have done both. This is not a destination if you are wanting to stay in the area.

Gold Dust West Casino RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A relatively quiet paved RV park adjacent to Gold Dust West Casino. The casino is one of the nicer places in Carson City with great restaurants and a professional level bowling alley. Easy access off Highway 50. Sites are a bit tight.

Wilderness RV Park Estates - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This a very nice RV resorts with pools, hot tubs, and saunas. We enjoyed all the space and amenities. Water out of the bib tasted a bit off but overall a good place.

Frank’s Corner - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Great place for overnight stays. Just off I75 the price is very reasonable. RIght next to a Phillips 66 and the on off ramp are convenient.

Nana’s RV Park On The Frio - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This is a newer park in a great location with river access and wonderful owners. Garner State Park is close by and we enjoy the summer dances.

Stone Creek RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We liked the location of this park. It is not perfect but the managers are nice and seem to care when you provide feedback. For the price we received what we paid for. The wifi was okay.

Mendocino Redwoods RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Standard KOA premium price for not that great of a layoiut. Okay for an overnight but we are not fans of KOA for the very reasons this place exemplifies. Close together sites in the trees. Overall a nice place but pricey.

Paradise Island RV Resort - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- A nice park in a bad area of town. We did not feel safe and heard rumors of frequent robberies at night.

Carl G Washburne Memorial State Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- What a great place to camp. Right near the ocean but still in the trees. Our family loved the trails the nearby lighthouse. Appears to be recently upgraded. We really like the Oregon State Parks.

Flory’s Cottages & Camping - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Great location for our first visit to Amish country. Right next to a working farm. Tight roads and sites but once in it does the job.

Lafayette KOA - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- A very pretty park this is an okay place to stay overnight. A bit pricey but the services are all of KOA quality which is a good thing when you just need a place to stay without worrying about hassles. Highway noise form the interstate.

Hidden Acres Family Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Here is the deal... you will either hate this place because it is not a five star resort that caters to your needs or you will love its country charm. We fall more to the former given the price is a bit steep for a place that is not deserving of such a rate. The folks that run it are nice and it is not bad to get away but...

Santa Rosa Campground & RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We stayed here overnight and found the spots suitable. Not too impressed with the place for a longer term stay. Seems to be a bit run down, restrooms and trash were not cleaned up.

Topsail Hill Preserve State Park – Gregory E Moore RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- An incredible state park. Full hookups and all the amenities of the best resorts in the shape of a state park. Unfortunately it also has the extra budget deficit state park fees. Not bad for a short term vacation and can't beat it.

Marion Campground & RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This park is nice for the price and well maintained. Office staff was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Sites and navigation a bit tight but not too bad.

Dutcher Creek Village - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Beautiful location in a rustic park that recently upgraded their utilities. Nice owner.

Winter Quarters Manatee RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This is a nice campground. We were away from I75 making for quiet respite from our travels. This is an Encore resort which we like because of the no hassle management.

Lazy Acres Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We loved this place. Pretty little lake that we were able to take the kayaks out on. Concrete pads with full hookups. A bit dusty pulling in so drive slowly.

Hilltop RV - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very scenic and welcoming. Compared to some of the other older run down parks in the area this place is nice. It is always a pleasure to stay at a location that is cared for.

T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- The park is on a peninsula with the bay on one side and the Gulf on the other. Different loops better suited to different sized rigs, pick your poison. Incredible beach, views, and location. Definitely a remote feel with major shopping miles away.

Big Fresno Fair - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Not a destination location this is not bad for overnight. There are nearby railroad tracks and a nearby Air National Guard Base that both add up to noise. A bit hard to find with no signage but overall we liked it.

Fun Town RV Park at WinStar - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Right next to the interstate this is not a place for peace and quiet. But if you need a clean and nice spot to stop overnight then this place fits the bill. Sign up for the casino club for discounts on the rate.

American Heritage RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This is the location we stay when in the Williamsburg area. The sites are very nice and the park is very resorty. We like being able to return from a day of history to our little piece of heaven here.

Boise / Meridian KOA - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very nice people running this place. It is close to the speedway which was a fun little evening of racing. Excellent facilities all around.

Elk City / Clinton KOA - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Convenient off I40 for folks like us who are traveling through. A bit pricey with the KOA tax on top of the regional rates. Wouldn't recommend but wouldn't dissuade either. It is okay for an overnight stay.

El Paso West / Anthony KOA - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Easy access off the Interstate and right next to a Camping World. We use this as a stop over before heading across Texas. A gravel lot with pedestals it serves its job well.

Suwannee River Hideaway Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A rustic campground with very friendly hosts. We stay whenever in the area. We love hiking the various trails and spending time along the river. Only complaint is that they nickle and dime on the rates; just set a flat rate and be done with it.

RedRock RV Park and Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A very nice and well maintained RV park not far from the West Entrance to Yellowstone. Previously we stayed in West Yellowstone but were seeking something a bit more remote and less touristy. We liked this location and the surrounding area.

Walkabout Camp & RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Close to Jacksonville we like this park as an overnight stop during our trips down to Florida. Good pull thrus and excellent rate.

Cabin Creek Campground & Mobile Home - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Not a bad place to stay. Very nondescript with a few short term RV sites mixed among the longer term spaces. No complaints.

Tucumcari KOA - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Appears to have many new upgrades. A very nice and rustic place to stay. We love the desert southwest and while travelling ole route 66 this is actually a nice KOA to stay at. A bit higher priced than other areas in the location.

Munising Pictured Rocks KOA - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice campground with great shady, mostly level spots. Utilities and cable are good. Navigating is a bit tight with the turns and trees.

Whispering Meadow RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Nice big comfortable sites with up to date hookups, concrete roads and pads with concrete patios. The friendly accommodating owner lives on the site and keeps the grounds spotless. Very nice well kept safe RV park.

West Forty Camp Area - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Cash or check only, no credit cards. Restrooms were clean but had very small showers. Driveway and roads were not paved. Good overnight stop. The road into the park, even though it's paved, is rough. There are full hookups with grassy areas. I-40 is pretty close and noisy.

Craig KOA - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- former KOA with nice staff. Sites are well kept and level. Have heard bad things about the lady that owns it, but our experience was great. Nice place to go, and will go there again.

Oak Harbor RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Reminds me of the old nostalgic Florida with citrus trees and fishing. Very convenient to the area and the people are wonderful. Long-term residents association, is a plus for all. Has a good working relationship with the owners, no problems here. 1100 acre Lake Lowery is wonderful.

High Falls State Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We have been camping for years. Good Verizon cell & data. Extra charge for 50A (premium) sites. This is the quietest campground I have ever spent nights in, terrific. Close to I-75, close to shopping and Atlanta. Surroundings are beautiful. Sites are large and very level.

Baileyton KOA - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Quiet, close to the interstate. Great stop over park. Friendly staff. The road from the interstate is a little tight and drops off so would recommend you get to the campground before dark.

Otter Lake Camp Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This is a lovely campground run by unhappy people who really try to make this less than perfect. If you ignore or avoid them this place is wonderful. Love the pools and hit tubs.

River Bend RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Pleasant park in a rural setting, and a very nice place for an overnight stay an hour or so from San Antonio. OK park, lots of long term residents but their spots were tidy for the most part. Only real negative was the awful odor from a refinery that is nearby. When the wind came from their direction it was almost overpowering. Best thing about the park is Luling! They have the best bar-b-que at City Market which is about 15 minutes from the park.

Hominy Valley RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A very small campground nestled in Hominy Valley up against a hillside and Highway 151. Located about 8 miles from Asheville NC, and about 10 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. There are no restrooms, pool, laundry or Wi-Fi onsite. Price is great compared to some of the other parks around Asheville.

Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- One of the nicest RV parks we have ever visited. It is immaculately clean, has spacious bathrooms and showers, a pleasant lakeside setting, lots of singing birds, and a very pleasant and friendly staff. We have visited this RV park since 2003 and it gets better every year. The people are very professional and very nice.

Camp Margaritaville RV Resort Breaux Bridge - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Great RV park, right off I-10 at exit 115, about 40 miles west of Baton Rouge. Nice staff, escort to site, which is a level, concrete pad. Picnic table at site, no grill. Has it all with a pool, hot tub, Tiki Bar, huge rec hall.. Some grass and small trees.

Cloud Nine RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Great location on the top of a hill. Far enough away from things to be quiet but close enough for a short drive in. Nice facilities and sites.

Foot of the Rockies RV & Storage - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Loved the tiered setup of the sites. This park is best if you are in a large self contained rig. We enjoyed the views at night and the easy access to the city. Reasonable pricing for longer term stays.

Paradise by the Sea RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- The campground is really well maintained and the guys doing that job were very efficient and friendly. It was typical to come back from a day at the beach to find they had nicely raked the grit next to the concrete pad so it was immaculate. The campground is easily accessed from the main road (not too busy or noisy) running along the front. Very cramped spaces, slide outs almost touch each other.

Monterey County Fair - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Be careful when entering through Gate 6. The dip may cause your hitch to drag as you will see as you approach the driveway from the drag marks in the pavement. Some of the parking lot is level, while blocks are needed on others. Quiet except for late afternoon plane arrival. Tight to get in and out of many spaces especially when busy. Basic campground.

Flying Flags RV Resort & Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- The rates for this park are steep but the park is very nicely maintained and has many amenities. It is close to all the attractions in the area: Solvang, wine tasting, Santa Barbara. Sites are adequate for big rigs but could feel cramped if the park is full. Nice large trees in the park, but did not hamper us from using our satellite. Wi-Fi is free but speed and connection was spotty throughout our two week stay.

Sunset Campground - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Basically a very large gravel parking lot. There is a dump station with potable water available. There are flush toilets, but no showers. They also have dishwashing stations available. The sites are dusty, but this is the desert. No trees, no fire pits, and no picnic tables. Generator hours are from 7 am to 9 pm. This campground is across the street from the Furnace creek gas station (VERY EXPENSIVE) and general store (2 minute walk from campground) and restaurant.

Buffalo Meadows RV Park at Fort Hall Casino - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- For the price, this is an excellent stopping spot. Good security presence, full hu, paved parking, lots of grass, easy walk to casino but it was so smoky we could not stay in there. Convenient gas station at the entrance. Only problems with the park are that the turns at the end of the rows. Great overnight location while traveling the Interstate.

Cherokee Campground - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- The owner is very nice. It is a beautiful park: lots of gorgeous trees, a pretty lake, and it is quiet. If you can ignore the appearance of the permanent rigs it is a neat little overnight stop over. Not a destination but it gets the job done. Excellent discounts for Good Sam and military.

Red Barn RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A pleasant small park surrounded by farm land. There are 3 or 4 full hookup 3050 amp sites for transients; 2 are pull through. Water is good. Electric dropped 5 volts under heavy load on a hot day. Showers are clean and work well. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly.

Eagle Cave Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- The campground is OK. It is a little tight, With 4 larger sites and the remainder are good for about a 25 foot rig. One side of the campground looks over a nice valley, beautiful setting! Plus right next to this fun place it makes for a relaxing little vacation spot.

Marina Village RV and Mobile Home Park - My Rating is 0 out of 5 -- Do not stay at this park. Totally bad experience we had made reservation in Oct to stay Jan-Feb. we had stayed in 06 and 07. We tryied calling at least 25 times from Dec 26 to Jan 3 to see if space was available a couple days early. Upon arrival we were told the $425 we had paid for Jan was to hold site thru Nov-Dec, another $100 needed To cover possible overage on electricity and we could have only one dog. None of this was told us prior. We got our deposit back and left after driving all day.

Oak Mountain State Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- There were only about 12-15 sites occupied and 3 of those were hosts. Has a lot of hiking and biking trails. The lake is within walking distance from all sites for fishing. The parking pads are fairly level. However, many sites are either small and wide or narrow and deep. Good cell signal. Sites are nice, but not much separation. I was lucky during my stay as there were only a handful of other rigs in the park.

Dothan RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Located on Hwy 231 78 miles from Panama City. Very nice campground, has many permanents, but the front of it on either side of the office is set up for folks just staying a day or two. Some of the sites were very cluttered with lots junk lying around. The sites are primarily grass, although some did have concrete patios.

Picacho Peak State Park Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- One of our favorite parks. Sites are large, paved, pretty level and well dispersed. Electric at each site now and good dump station. Restrooms and showers are immaculate. You can hear some traffic from the interstate and train track but it is certainly not obnoxious. The hiking is very good- some pretty challenging. AZ State wanted to close this park because of budgets but nearby cities chipped in to keep it open. Pretty cool. Gotta support that.

Silver Slipper Casino - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A neatly kept small park with all level, concrete sites located across the street from public beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The casino is within walking distance but also offers shuttle service on request; promotional offers from the casino include one free night for new members. Utilities were good but did not include Wi-Fi. AT&T phone and data signals were good. A lack of shade, some traffic noise and no-see-ums are negative factors. We would stay here again.

El Governor Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Across the street from white sand beach with access. Good cable and Wi-Fi. Nothing fancy but clean and quiet. Nice ocean front park. We had a site that allowed us to look at the ocean. Park staff was excellent and made up for the appearance of the park; it is a bit old.

Emerald Desert RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A beautiful RV Park, the parks is well kept and the caretakers are very nice. The park has everything you need. Our dogs loved the dog park, lots of room for them to run and play. Can't wait to go back. Thanks for the warm welcome, you're the best. Indoor hot tub and the pool were great.

Western Sky’s RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- We stayed under Pass Port America and it was $20.00. That was way too much for this place as there isn't much. Sites are packed sand with trees all over. Some too close. All pull troughs but a little tight. Cable only has 3 channels but Wi-Fi works OK at your site. Verizon works good. Showers and Bath not real clean and Laundry the same and some machines not working. Dose have a play ground for the kids but don't look too safe. Lots of long term sites and dogs all over and not on leash.

Bolivar Peninsula RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Campground is making a comeback after last hurricane in 2008. Price is PPA. Nice size sites, good location to Galveston. Very accommodating hostesses and had no problem adding on another night to our stay. Nice grassy, level sites with gravel driveways oads.

Johnson Creek RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- boasts it’s the best small RV Park in Texas. We agree it’s an extraordinary RV Park offering a pleasant stop for an overnight stay. It is an impressive place in a beautiful rural setting. The RV Park is located within a pecan grove along the Guadalupe River and five miles north of Ingram. There is a large immaculate rock house serving has a clubhouse. It is perhaps the best clubhouse we have enjoyed. A variety of birds are plentiful here and the adjacent property has some sort of exotic deer.

Caspar Beach RV Park Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We camped here over the new year's holiday. The location cannot be beat as it is directly across from the beach and Mendocino & Fort Bragg are both a few miles away. This place is not for big rigs as the spots are really tight. We have a 27ft Class C with no slides, but no one was on either side of us so it was great. All utilities worked great, including Wi-Fi, but cell service

Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This is a very nice city owned park. It is a water reclamation facility that they have built a RV park around. It is a string of fishing lakes and the top 3 three loops are for RV's. The ground was kind of sandy. The bathrooms and showers were well taken care of; the only problem I had was with the water temp for the showers...not very hot, but hot enough. Good roadways for walking or bike riding around the lakes.

Chesapeake Bay Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- It is a rustic wooded setting. There are activities for families, movies, BBQ, ice cream and cake socials, and an "Elvis" entertainer under the pavilion. The restrooms were very clean and maintained. Creek sites are beautiful, back-ins and no cable TV in that section only. We caught crabs; steamed & ate at our site, rode our bikes on scenic Byway. A place to relax and unwind.

Borrego Palm Canyon Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This is our favorite California State Park. Lots of space between sites and the night sky is spectacular. The little town of Borrego Springs has a market and several good restaurants. The old town of Julian is about 30 minutes away and is fun to visit. If you like driving desert roads, there plenty of trails to travel. Dog friendly providing you keep your dog on a lease and off the hiking trails and open desert. There are hiking trails and a good visitor center.

Seven Feathers RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very very nice clean facility. Staff is very friendly, shuttle to take you anywhere you want (within reason). The office area has a nice sitting area with coffee, tea, and hot cocoa, and apple cider too. Indoor pool & hot tubspa are beautiful. Nice friendly family environment. Very clean grounds, restroom areas, etc. Cement pads, grass beside, etc. Staff is friendly. Shuttle service to RV Park.

RV Park USA - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Rate reflects Good Sam discount. Nice small park very close to I-10 so road noise present. Interior roads are quite rough and sites are narrow. Each site has a concrete pad with table. Laundry room and restroomsshowers were very nice and clean. Verizon air card and cell service were excellent. We would stay here again on our way through.

Open Pond Recreation Area - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This campground is a really nice area. Has a mix of campsites that range from private with lots of shrubs around them to more open and close to the lake. Bath rooms are clean and in good shape. Lots of trails and several small ponds good for fishing. Some mountain biking trails as well. A beautiful campground in the pine trees! We had no trouble getting around the campground or finding a site for our 35' fifth wheel and saw several much larger rigs in the campground

Lagoons RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- our second time to stay here. Our site was 70 feet long and had a fair space between the the sites on either side. There are many winter Texans staying in the park. There are many park models that a permanent. All of the sites and streets are paved concrete. Our site was level. There is a charge for Wi-Fi ($19 a month), but we had a great signal and it was fast. Our cell phone had a good signal. apparently has new owners and management.

Pendaries RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A nice little get-away retirement resort. The closest “large” town, Las Vegas, is about twenty miles away, so come with your pantry and refrigerator well stocked, unless you want to be riding the roads to shop. The internet access is great. We would prefer concrete slabs and paved roads. However, during our stay the campsite was level, the trees were groomed so that our 40' motor home did not hit any branches, and the roads were in good shape.

Glen Ivy RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice older park. Helpful friendly staff. No cable TV. Internet available at the store, but not at sites unless close to store. Swimming pools are clean and kept up. Restaurant is open in the evenings with limited hours and week ends. Has free pool tables and local bar on site. Karaoke music on Fridays.

Sun Outdoors Sarasota - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This is our 4th stay at this campground and we really like it. There are activities for all ages, including a great swimming pool with children's area, shuffle board, miniature golf, lawn bowling, jumping pillow for the kids and many more. The staff is very friendly and helpful, as are the other campers. The best beach in the USA (Siesta Key) is only a 15 minute drive away, as well as the Mote Aquarium, Sarasota Children's Museum, movies and many restaurants.

Edgington Destination RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice for overnight stop. Honored our PA discount for full stay. Nothing fancy but clean. Very friendly manager. While this park isn't the Ritz, it's clean, secure, and all utilities worked fine. Road noise was not bad given the fact it sits right on 7054. Management lives on site and patrols the park to make sure things are as they should be.

Tropical Palms Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Nice park convenient to attractions many ants and bugs, made it tough to enjoy being outside. My premium site, while level, was quite small but seemed to be the exception to the rule. Cable was fuzzy with minimal channels and Wi-Fi was on the slow side. Sewer was a good 40' from the coach and uphill a bit. Nice location and easy to get to with decent restaurants in the area.

Austin Lone Star RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Apparently this is the park closest to Austin. It is old so the spaces are very close and the roads are narrow and in need of repair. That said, the staff was wonderful, allowed us to stay long after check out to await our car repairs. Shower facilities were excellent. Right off the highway, but not noisy. It was winter so we did not see the other facilities. I would stay again mostly based on the location, however it's a little pricey.

Hidden Hill Family Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Very friendly campground. Owners are very customer oriented and offered numerous family activities. Well maintained grounds and facilities. Sites are good size. Small, older campground that is well kept and clean. Lots of shade and the lots are wide. Gravel roads and grass sites. Bathrooms were clean. Owner lives on site and is very friendly and helpful. Very quiet park.

Mountain Glen RV Park & Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Our satellite worked great at this park. Some of the sites are not very level, but the owners were working on this, and even offered to come level a site if we needed it (which we did not). This is a great park-a hidden gem. The bathroomsshowers are individual rooms: clean, large and had AC throughout the entire building. I would strongly recommend that if you're driving in from the east off of I-40, follow their directions on their web site.

Lookout Mountain Chattanoga West KOA - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A little off the beaten path for what we were looking for, a quick overnight stop. Turned out to be the perfect setting! It was off season, but still had a bunch of people for the weekend. Services were fine and people were nice but not suitable for large motor-homes towing.

Fort Willcox RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- level clean sites with Wi-Fi, cable and full hookups. We were fortunate to be there when the Sandhill cranes were migrating and saw them flying to and from their over night camp. Very nice, quiet park just west of Willcox. We stayed one night. The rate was PPA. The owner was incredibly nice. Waffles, coffee, and conversation with other happy campers were a special morning treat.

Susanville RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Nice concrete pull thrus and friendly staff. As one of the first locations we ever stayed at this place set the bar for all others. We are not fans of the town of Susanville but this RV park is nice.

Eagle Lake RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A lovely campground next to Eagle Lake. They have sites to fit all size rigs. A very laid back environment with a camp store on site. Fill up with gas in Susanville before heading up.

Lady Luck Casino - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- provides easily accessed, level, concrete pull-through sites with full hook-ups. The area is secure and neatly groomed. This campground was underwater when the Mississippi flooded earlier this year. They have cleaned the campground very well but the showerlaundry estroom building is closed until they repair or rebuild.

Rocky’s Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice basic overnight spot with grass sites. Fantastic bathrooms and showers that were absolutely spotless. Friendly people. Most things to do, are a long drive. Out in the country and quiet. RV's park on large grass back to back hookups.

Premier RV Resorts - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Sites were level, but the level area was only big enough for our motor home, but not our towed. The sites have a concrete patio and a picnic table along with grass. The park was well kept. The sites in the trees looked very nice if you didn't want satellite. Very hospitable staff. Good local shopping. Grocery store nearby. I will stay here again.

Jude Travel Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- All of the sites are back in. The road is gravel and some of the sites seemed small, but they were more than willing to accommodate us and help. The campground is kept up and clean, it is gated. The owners are on-site every day and clean the showers, bathrooms, and laundry impeccably. I also liked how it was possible for me to see all of New Orleans from this park without renting a car.

Gulf Coast RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Excellent overnight stop...very easy on and off to I-10. This has got to be one of the best kept parks around. Even in December the grounds are being manicured. The showers and bathrooms, laundry were all kept spotless. All of the staff where friendly and proud of their park and efficient. They accept Passport and Good Sam for sure.

Frog City RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- The owners take pride in the park. Parking was easy, there are mostly pull though here. It was easy in and easy out. This is an extremely well kept park, close to the interstate and points of interest in the Acadiana area. The park is very clean, well maintained. Wi-fi and cable both worked great. Park hosts are genuinely friendly and happy to see you there. The park managers stay on site and are very visible. They are friendly and make you feel welcome. Staff was knowledgeable of the local area

Gator Park - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Park itself was horrible: dirty, rusty water, too rough with mainly full time tenants. Not comfortable. Full timers had run of things and did not leash pets. Not returning.

Bodega Bay RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This campground has been here a long time and the sites are rather cramped and small. The walk to the beach was nice; it took about 30 minutes. We spent most of our time away from the park and at the beaches (Bodega Dunes, Bodega Head and Goat Rock).

Jamaica Beach RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- The park is great for families. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and putt putt. The sites are level and long enough to fit our RV and truck with room to spare. Nice park with lots of extras. Owners were very nice and answered all our questions regarding Galveston and things to do. Laundry room was clean and air conditioned.

Destiny Phoenix RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- The sites are a bit close together, but not bad, considering the trees making a buffer. Oranges, Grapefruit, tangerines. The park is nice enough. Spots are easy to get into and have a decent amount of space. Slow Wi-Fi connection.

Leaf Verde RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- The park is very clean and the staff is quite friendly! The showers were newly remodeled and were fantastic. The sites are level and easy to pull through. Good location for all stores and restaurants.

Sierra Trails RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We use this park as a stop over during trips to Reno. Park roads are not paved and some of the sites seem quite permanent. Don't let this fool you! The park is well maintained, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Restrooms and showers are rustic but clean and maintained. This is not a high end park, but you are not paying high end prices. A great place for an overnight stop when traveling through the area. They offers discounts

Betabel RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- A very nice park just off Highway 101. There is no road noise even that close to the highway. Very well kept we used the park as a home base for exploring the area.

International RV Park and Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Great park with huge sites for pull-throughs. It is a well kept up, with landscaping and well-cared for. The sites are level and the hook-ups all work. Park is very close to the speedway and 10 minutes from the beach. Would definitely stay here again Pet friendly.

Flying Saucer RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This is a nice home base for staying a longer period in Denver. Large spaces with full hookups only issue is that sewer is on the opposite side.

Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Incredibly expensive for a place on the beach. They pack them in here and depending on your mindset it could be good or bad. If you go in knowing you are paying for location AND enjoy the location it is great. Otherwise we did hear a lot of grumbling.

The Wooden Shoe RV Park - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Used this as an overnight stop but can not recommend to anyone. Filled with permanent run down trailers this is not a good place to stay.

Shady Haven RV Park and Mini Storage - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Excellent, newly built section for overnight visitors with concrete pads, picnic tables, palm trees, excellent utilities. It has very courteous staff. There is a nice pool and spa and other amenities. The only problem is the close proximity to train tracks and the highway.

Benbow KOA - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Nice park overall. Paved sites, with patio and table, clean bathrooms, showers, and a very nice pool. A bit pricey but considering the location and easy access to US 101 and the remote location in Northern California it's a good stop. Expensive laundry machines so be prepared. Overall a well run park

Mountain Gate RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We loved this RV park. Concrete sites with trees between sites. Staff and camp hosts very helpful. Although just off I-5, the traffic noise was almost negligible. Some long time rigs here but all is clean. No junk cars and the other stuff you usually see with long terms people.

Orange Grove RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- The park was clean and very well kept. Little or no noise at night. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Free coffee and donuts every morning. Great place for an overnight stop or even a get away. Highly recommend this park. A pleasant place to stay with pleasant people managing it.

Newberry Mountain RV & Motel Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- There is a lot of nothing after you head east out of Barstow! This park is just off I-40 on old Rt 66 and a very easy in and out. There were 1 or 2 permanent residents, it appears, but all their belongings were tidy and contained. There is a small pond, a swimming pool that looked clean and some small, carefully tended trees. Pull through sites so we could stay hooked up.

81 Palms Senior RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- The staff was friendly, everything worked fine. Amazing indoor heated swimming pool. Nearby train tracks that had trains running all night, as well as it's close proximity to I-10 but neither cancels out the great rate for a nice location.

Newport News Park Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This is a nice public park with campground and lake right there. Some sites are better than others but overall it is all good. A bit noisy and the restrooms could use some upkeep but if you are self contained this is not bad.

Cowboy Capital Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Very nice and well kept campground in a rural setting. Deer would wander right thru. Owners are very nice. Lots of shade trees. Dirt gravel sites

Aurora RV Park & Marina - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This is a well run campground along the shores of the lake. Owned by the nearby casino it is well kept. Cable TV and wifi worked good.

Furnace Creek Resort RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This is not a bad place to stay inside Death Valley if you are looking for a location with full hookups. They do not really advertise the RV spaces as they are in place as a convenience to travelers. Great base for exploring the valley.

Mountain View RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Located just outside the city limits of Huachuca City and next to an RV dealer (for supplies andor propane) this park is very user friendly. Gravel sites with close proximity to Tombstone area attractions. We take our 4x4 out here and use this as our home base.

Southern Retreat RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A nice older park that is well maintained. 50 amp service suited us well along with the free wifi. Convenient to everything in the area we had no complaints. They are also a Passport America park.

Crossett Harbor RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- This is a public campground managed by the city. This is swamp country so it has that feel. A little off putting at first we ended up loving it. The only complaint is that the park has only water and electric but allows full time campers to use above ground storage tanks that are then pumped. Stay away from those sites and you will be okay :).

Silver Creek RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Gravel spaces this place is mostly full time snowbird residents. Everyone is real nice but overall it is not our cup of tea. Okay for a few nights stay.

Rustys RV Ranch - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- If you have ever wanted to stay in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the desert then look no further. Absolute peace and quiet this place is a gem. We bring our scopes out here for stargazing every year. The owners are wonderful. There is wifi, full hookups, and nothing else!

Point of Rocks Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This is a pretty little campground a few miles outside of town. Located in the "mountains" there are hiking trails right from the campsites. Not suitable for big rigs it is a nice spot if you can fit.

Briarcliffe RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Great RV park. Nice level sites, clean modern facilities. Cable TV included. Satellite iffy depending on site due to trees. Close to shopping and entertainment. The only draw back is traffic noise from highway 17 in Myrtle Beach.

Klamath’s Camper Corral RV Park and Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Can we live here permanently? This was heaven on earth. Located immediately next to the Klamath River and between the Redwood Forests we started thinking we were in a fairytale setting. The main building sports a Verizon Tower so we had Rev-A service the whole time. Short drives to everything. Neighbors were all cool. We will be back. Comments: A little noisy at night, not a lot of space between rigs, a bit pricey unless you drive a hard bargain (like we did).

Roadrunner RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- For Vegas this place rocks. Paved pull thrus full 50 amp service, water, and dump. They had a nice little pool area. Most of your neighbors are there long term so scout your spot first (there were a few rigs we avoided). It is located up near Boulder Station on RV Park row, there are 3 or 4 within 1 mile of here. The surrounding neighborhood is not so good but you will be safely tucked into the park away from it all. We stayed 2 nights and were pleased with the place.

Utah Lake State Park Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This is the place to stay if you are in the area for 2-3 nights. The price is right and it is quiet. There were maybe 2-3 other campers the whole time we were there. Mosquitoes are bad at night so close up early but the days are fine. Spots have 30 amp service and water there was a dump station on the way out.

Diamond Lake RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- If you have ever wanted to park your rig in the woods and camp then this is the place. We were in a back-in spot that literally was back into the woods. Incredible scenery out all the windows. Neighbors were quiet and the views were awesome. It is at altitude so be ready for cold nights and comfortable days. Owners were very nice. They do close down early so plan on arriving before nightfall.

Mountain View RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Wonderful RV Park near Crater's of the Moon. The town of Arco is a bit of a disappointment but this park makes up for the difference. The pull-thru spots are very large and included wide grass areas between spots. The weekly rate is excellent.

Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park and Cabins - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- The park itself is nice and well kept. We stayed in one of their economy back-in spots which was not so nice. Packed in like sardines they really jam everyone in. Walking distance to West Yellowstone shops we did ask ourselves why we needed to stay so close. You end up driving hundreds of miles inside the park anyways so why pay a premium to stay near the entrance gate?

Cheyenne Mountain State Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- The single best campground we have stayed at. Amazing views, incredible access to adventure, okay price, wonderful hookups and spaces. This is the pinnacle of public RV camping.

Chatfield State Park Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Would be a 10 if the park was managed appropriately; make sure to reserve a spot ahead of time and don't rely upon park rangers to enforce the park rules. (Another camper left a beagle alone at camp while he went fishing for 4 hours; the dog barked the entire time. Park rangers did nothing. Luckily the guy was only there for two nights). Outside of the above this place was amazing. Remote camping feel with the comforts of a big city 10 minutes away. Great cycling from your campsite.

Sunny Acres RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Get Passport America before staying since they honor the rate. Gravel drives and spots with grass surrounding. Okay place to stay but your vehicles get very dirty very fast with the gravel and dust. Nothing particularly special about the place except for a good central location in the city.

Brantley Lake State Park Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This is a New Mexico state park located 15 miles north of Carlsbad (it is not that bad though because there is a cut-off that allows you to skip the traffic in town when traveling from North to South). A cool side-note about the park is that as you exit onto the highway if you cross straight you can drive 30 miles to Sitting Bull Falls. Silent at night with bright stars and open sky. It feels like you are the only people on earth staying here.

American RV Park of Albuquerque - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This park should only be considered for short stays. Any longer and you are placed out in the permanents which are crummier sites in dirt and not well kept. This place is very loud due to highway, frontage road, and airport traffic. Nice staff but just a bit off.

Admiralty RV Resort - My Rating is 2 out of 5 -- This used to be one of the premier RV Parks in the state of Texas. They have great site spacing, concrete pads, and a huge pool. New management is extremely rude. A few years ago we stopped here and the place was nearly full now the place is only 13 filled. The news is out find another place to stay.

Colonia del Rey R.V. Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Warning - There are power lines running over the park and one of the lines is only 15 ft high. I climbed the roof ladder and had I not taken a look up at the top would have stood up directly into the line. The interference from the power lines has limited Verizon coverage too. Pros - Suburb location across bridge from Padre Island; 3 blocks from supermarket and gas; Excellent laundry facility with clean industrial machines. Cons - Loud neighbors and day time air traffic from NAS; low power lines

BC Ranch RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Very nice camp hosts, incredible scenery, and perfect weather during our week in the area. A good spot if you are self contained with your rig and do not need the frills of some other locations. We received digital Verizon coverage on REV-A but distance to the tower slowed streaming speeds a little. Lots are natural gravel dirt with trimmed wild grass in between spots.

Dads RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice park located near old town Victoria. Only complaint is beyond their control... every night freight trains pass through town "Victoria is the cross-roads of Texas" and they blow their horns constantly as most of the streets do not have crossing-guards. We ran the ac fan all night in an attempt to drown it out but still very loud. Walking around the park it appears that the better sites are in the back but they are reserved in winter by their "winter Texans". Not a 10 star location but a nice

Traders Village Houston RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Located in a nice community with plenty of shopping nearby and easy access to the highways this is a great home base for visiting the Houston area. Adjacent to the Traders Village weekend flea market it is also fun to peruse the aisles of this large free to enter swap meet. Verizon Broadband REV-A signal was okay. Some interference slowed the connection a bit. No complaints here just a good inexpensive alternative for Houston.

Boggy Creek Resort & RV Park - My Rating is 2 out of 5 -- If you removed all the permanent residents and if management actually enforced their rules (such as keeping sites clean, no loud music, pets on leashes, speed limits, number of vehicles per campsite) East Lake Fish Camp would be an amazing place to camp. The numerous trees and rural feel combined with the large lake right next door makes for a special RV park. The problem is the neighbors. Luckily we found a spot with empty spaces on either side.

Sun Lake RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Very nice little park located adjacent to the interstate (but you will not know it). Next to a beautiful little lake the park has well kept lawns and incredibly friendly neighbors. Verizon signal is 3 bars on cell phones but EVDO is on the slow end. Shade? Don't we own RVs to have our own shade. The park is reasonably priced and provides great services in a nice package.

Southern Aire RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- All back in spots this place might be great for some, snowbirds, but for younger folks this is not the spot to stay. Nice little pool but the overall location is run down a bit. We really wanted to like it but ended up not.

Travelers Campground - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Has a unique setting for over-nighties that lines you up nose to tail. A little tight to navigate in the dark but setup was smooth. Electric boxes have 20,30, and 50 AMP. We were not informed that we would pay extra by plugging into 50 AMP over 30 AMP and they actually took the time to check before we had woken up and checked in at the office! Rates are significantly higher in season. Okay for a sleep stop but wouldn't recommend a longer stay. Below Highway level so quiet considering proximity.

Johnston Springs RV Campground & Storage - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nice place for a stop over to visit Disney World. Turning left out of the park and right at the second light takes you 14 miles to the entrance of Disney World. The spaces were wide with cement patios. Parked on sandy dirt. Entrance is very narrow. Water has very high sulfur content and stunk up our water heater. Lowe's and Autozone across the street, and four blocks down to a super-market.

Hardeeville RV- Thomas Parks & Sites - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Another location with super fast Verizon coverage. There is easy access to downtown Savannah (only 8 miles) while staying in the woods. We took a spot nearer the front, that wrapped around some large trees and overlooked a creek bed. Location was wonderful. Roadway is heavily trafficked, so stay near the back for quiet. Shell gas station is .5 miles up the road, and does sell diesel with a big-rig pump available. It's 3 miles to the newly opened visitor center for Savannah NWR

Stagecoach RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- The good: Fastest Verizon coverage we have ever had. Has a pretty "country" like setting, around the corner from the city, and easy access to everywhere. The bad: For anyone staying more than a few days, they put you on the sides with the other long term residents. (We stayed one week.) We were stuck next to a very loud family that did not care about neighbors. Not the parks fault but when notified they blew us off.

Rutledge Lake RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Back in spaces are a bit short and tight but this park has it all. The pool area is beautiful and outdoor activities are very close by. Overall a very nice place. Note that on weekends and holidays a large number of folks show up here to party. Great Verizon signal (the tower is adjacent to the property). Close shopping and stores.

Waynesboro North 340 Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Nothing great but not bad either. The only down side is that they have really old laundry machines in a small room with no AC. Spots are gravel dirt, and the pull through spots are enormous. Verizon signal is okay, with an amp it is steady. Located off I-340, 5 miles north of town. Quiet at night with convenient access to city.

Vanderpool Campground - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- What a surprising little campground. There are long term residents but they are all nice as long as you don't mind looking at their older rigs. Beautiful grassy areas with pull-through spaces; ours had a wood patio that lined up perfectly with the stairs. Owners and managers were super polite and accommodating. WiFi is blazingly fast at 5mb steady. There is a family of ducks that live around the rigs and demand offerings of food when they waddle by; very funny. Park is 1 mile from Hwy 194.

Spacious Skies Campgrounds – Country Oaks - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- The high daily and weekly rate set expectations pretty high. Driving up to the entrance the park appears clean and well kept but after checking in the gravel entryway fades in the rear view mirror as you are led into the dirt (not gravel or sand just dirt) and trees. I mention trees because there are a good amount of them, not so many to be overwhelming, but they are located in the most inopportune locations. This is a good park for the locals who use it as a campground otherwise not worth price

Whip-O-Will Campsites - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- They have a "new" section right by the office for short term stays that offer long pull through spots and 50 amp service. Park advertises a laundry, but 4 machines for 100+ spots does not qualify as a laundry. Pool is not heated but is well kept. Great cycling roads from campsite and 15 minutes from Windham Mountain. There is a lake with lakefront spots but those are only open to seasonal campers and tents. The lake is not visible from anywhere else in the campground. Peaceful and quiet.

Croton Point Park Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This is the park to stay for a wonderful trip to NYC. Located adjacent to the Metro North Croton Harmon station, you are 50 traffic free minutes from Grand Central terminal. Located along the Hudson River north of the city the park is beautiful and peaceful. Ample cycling routes start from the park, plus the grocery store 2 miles from the campsites (spots are 1.5 miles inside the park) makes for easy shopping. Verizon signal was strong for both cell and data.

Camping on the Battenkill - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A very tranquil setting in the picturesque Green Mountains. Excellent cycling from the campground. Easy access to surrounding areas and two covered bridges within a 5 mile radius. Seasonal campers are weekend warriors with nice clean rigs and sites. Park would receive a 9 but their pricing structure is aggressive with up charges for almost everything on your rig, +3 for AC for example. Strong Verizon signal. Only downside is the weekend tent campers turn the place into a smokehouse.

Twin Mountain Motor Court & RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A nice little campground nestled behind a quaint roadside motel. Nothing amazing but not too bad either. Fast internet connection, good cell phone reception, pretty views of the mountains, and a short path down to the river. Owner is very nice too. Best price and best place in the area. Only for self contained rigs no showers or baths available.

Camden Hills Campground - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Wow and I mean wow. This place deserves an A for marketing and F for actual product. We made a reservation through the corporate website based upon the pictures on that website. Folks this is not a good RV park. They are way overpriced, we found a coupon on their website to get our cheap rate, and their spots are simply dirt wild grass spaces with multiple roots and poor entrance exit clearance. Went to use their jacuzzi and the water was milky with chunks of stuff floating.

Gaslight Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Easy on and off overnight park while traveling the interstate across PA. Park closes for the season as of November 1.

4 Aces RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Take the time to check out this park's website, a very funny read. Easy access to highway. We stopped for an overnight stay. Has cement pads that were perfectly level.

Desert Paradise RV Village - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Mostly long term tenants but they are polite and maintain clean rigs. The park is off HWY 70 heading towards White Sands and is just past the relief route around Alamogordo allowing faster access to various parts of the city. Good Verizon data card signal. Spaces are narrow but not too bad. Dirt and sparse gravel. Quiet at night. From our spot you could see the white dunes off on the horizon and it was neat to occasionally get a sonic boom from the F-22s. A unique place to stay.

Cedarbrook RV Park and Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Easy access to interstate but far enough away to be quiet at night. Large park with easy to access pull through spots.

The Barnyard RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Not a bad park for a weekly stay. Has a lot of over nighters on the interior with a lot of permanent residents on the exterior. Verizon signal was strong with an amplifier, all utilities worked good, was easy to get in and out of. The park is sparse on the trees so a little boring but okay for a short stay.

Mad River Rapids RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Clean park, seemed well maintained, office staff okay, decent location. Enjoyed a lovely dinner at Folie Douce in town (convenient). Well-spaced level paved sites with easy access and lots of pull throughs. Friendly staff, clean restrooms, and good proximity to the ArcataEureka area.

Premier RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This is a very nice park right along Hwy 101 in Lincoln City. All sites oads are paved with grass in between. They have a nice hot tub and immaculate facilities. A bit of road noise, not too bad on the top level. Kind of tight on upper level where we were. Clean facilities and the grounds are very nice. Close to everything in Lincoln City. Wi-Fi was OK, but got painfully slow at times. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Basswood Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We recommend this RV Resort to many others traveling to or through the area. Always such a nice place with hiking, biking, fishing, and luxury all in one spot. This is a beautiful park and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home.

Seasons in the Sun RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This RV Park is one of our favorites to return to time and again. We find the easy access and large spaces to be a blessing. All of the amenities of a luxury resort with great service and convenience.

Camp Mack, a Guy Harvey Lodge, Marina and RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- The spaces are absolutely perfect here for an RV. Perfectly level and laid out really nice for camping. This is quintessential Florida and for an out of towner made us want to come back in the future. Loved it.

Jantzen Beach RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- The first thing to realize about Portland is that most of the camping locations are out away from the city near either the highway, railroad, or airport. These locations can not control air traffic or train captains. If you remove the noise from these two outside factors this is a really nice place to stay near Portland. We even had a 4g Verizon signal.

Gateway To The Gulf RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Easy access into and out of the park. Management was strict but fair on the rules. I have no complaints against this location.

Montgomery South RV Park and Cabins - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Not a bad spot for an overnight stay. Close to the interstate about 5 miles south of town. Spaces are gravel but well laid out and clean. They offer discounts on the nightly rate.

New Smyrna Beach RV Park and Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- A bit dusty due to light soil on the roads. Reasonably close to the beaches and Cape Canaveral. A nice little cruise up to Daytona. Decent Verizon signal.

Miami Everglades Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We wanted to stay near Miami and the Keys. This popular RV Resort fit the bill perfectly. Grassy sites with lots of space the park is situated amongst the farms outside of Homestead FL. There are a lot of snowbirds that spend the summer here but it was still comfortable for us young folk. Not much better in the area and a reasonable drive out to Key West.

Anaheim RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This place is it. It takes 4 min to get to Disneyland's parking structure. Clean, big spots, different size pads to fit your need. They have a shuttle that comes there as well but we never use it. Not a parking lot like the other places around this location. Stayed here before will stay again.

Boulder Creek RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Ended up over-nighting here on our first trip ever in the RV. We had a blowout on 395 and limped into this park for the evening. Dirt sites but who cares. Being our first ever park this place holds a special spot in our hearts. Amazing views of the Sierras and easy access to the wilds of Owens Valley.

Scandia RV Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- The only other private cg in Bend is $70 per night so I guess this place is a deal at $40. Not worth the price but okay for a short stay in Bend. Sites are tight, narrow, and, if full, hard to get in to. Green grass is well maintained and the park overall is clean. Walking distance to Factory Outlets and surrounded by urban amenities. Verizon is good for calls but a bit slow for data. Their weekly and monthly rates offer a better deal. Bend is a cool little community.

Columbia River RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We lucked out and were placed in a back-in out in the back corner spot. This gave us an all alone feel with green grass and plants on all three sides. The interior sites seemed pretty cramped albeit long enough for the longest rigs. The park is located adjacent to a busy road with heavy truck traffic and is 1 mile from the end of the PDX runway. Depending upon the wind you either have planes landing or taking off over your head = loud at times. Good access to Portland. Verizon signal okay.

GilGal Oasis RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This park is located right in town off of a short side street. The spaces are all green grass and paved slots with a mix of back-ins and pull throughs. Rotating camp hosts are all super nice and professional. Everything is well maintained. Bike routes right from the sites easy access to Olympia NP North side including Hurricane Ridge. Do not miss Dungeness Spit. Strong Verizon cell and data. Definitely make reservations as they seem to be busy. Propane delivery once per week by a nice gentleman.

Pioneer Trails RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- What a great home base for exploring Anacortes, Fidalgo Island, and the San Juan Islands, Located in thick forest 5 miles outside of Anacortes this park is a gem. Not very expensive for the location and overall a great little park. Your assigned site will really make or break your experience. Some are located in the trees and appeared to be unlevel and tight. We had a back-in out in the open and it was wide and easy to get into and out of. Verizon signal was strong for cell and data.

Riverbend RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Located along the highway the park is situated in a manner that road noise is a non-issue. Some sites face the river and all have great views of the surrounding mountains. Well treed for good shade, lots of green grass, large long sites. Verizon signal is good for cell and data. On weekends give other motorists ample warning of your plan to turn into the entrance as it is a tight turn and requires you to take it slowly. Propane on locations

Wallace RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This park was recently acquired by new owners who have been gradually fixing it up. The locals in town give them high marks for their turn around so far and we have no real complaints. Some work still needs to be done but it is nice. The huge advantage of this park is the proximity to Wallace downtown. It is 5 blocks to the center of main street and a 15 minute walk to cover everything in the city of Wallace. Verizon is amazingly fast for cell and data. ATV bike from the sites.

Poche Plantation - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- The historic and nationally registered Poche Plantation is not your typical RV Stop. Located the same distance between Louisiana's two largest cities, where by almost all accounts anyone day tripping via tow car can easily take in all the sights, taste and ambiance this historically rich state is known for. The free guided tour of the 8500 sq ft mansion, the historic church and graveyard... Oh heck believe me, your family as ours did will love this place. It is simply, the best of Louisiana

North American RV Park & Yurt Village - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We had the pleasure of staying here during the beautiful month of August and found our stay to be wonderful. The park is situated 5 miles from West Glacier and a few miles from Hungry Horse Reservoir. Ample outdoor activities around. Luckily they have great Wifi because Verizon signal is weak. Great little sites with ample room between rigs. Only complaint is in regards to some of the seasonal residents taking advantage of the rules and disregarding neighbors; no big deal just a bit annoying.

Lake Henshaw Resort - My Rating is 1 out of 5 -- Cant find images eviews?? because it sucks!!made reservations, site unseen, found out the sites were around TRAILER TRASH!! YES, residents living in crappy trailers in the middle of this place. Roads up to the site=full of potholes & forget it if u have a trailer. NO REFUNDS EITHER!! The lower sites literally look into the back of the residential trailers, horrible place. Bathrooms=awful, none of us showered.Felt like we were being watched by crack head residents, DO NOT GO HERE!!

Mothers Pickin Chicken - My Rating is 0 out of 5 -- This is a nasty, dirty camp ground BEWARE. Customer service is poor. Prices are unreasonable and differ from amounts refelected on the website. Water has an odor.

Hickory Hills Camp Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We found this Park off of the internet and were very happy with our chotice. We rented a cabin with a wooded lakefront lot and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The Park is clean and neat, but no so overly developed that the feel of nature is lost. We saw two deer while hiking through the wooded trails.

Pine Lake - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- We stopped here off the interstate and it was just OK. Not much shade and mostly centered around a pay lake. We would probably seek another location further off the interstate if we weren't so tired.

Anderson Muncie KOA - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We visited here just off the road on I-69. It is a clean Park with a friendly staff and close to the Casino. We enjoyed a quiet stay and would visit again if in the area.

Hickory Hills Camp Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We visited here before seeing any reviews. I am glad we did. We found the Park well maintained and the Staff friendly. There are several seasonal sites that are wooded and lakefront, but we were happy with our location. The kids liked the petting barnyard and the marked hiking trails were nice. All in all, glad we stayed. Wish they had a pool to make it a 5.

Bear Canyon Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Vehicles traveling and exiting west bound on I90 be aware that the underpass is only 13'3" tall requiring a detour to Main St exit and approach east bound. Good Verizon Signal and depending on the site assignment nice views and space. Overall a bit cramped but not bad for the area. Warm pool for swimming but taken over on the weekends by local families paying $ per person; pool is too small for this. A bit tight on interior roads. Location has seen better days but overall a decent place to stay.

Hickory Hills Camp Resort - My Rating is 0 out of 5 -- This place is more trailer park than campground. All the good sites are long term seasonal residents. The few (20) sites that are open to weekenders are all in direct sunlight with no shade in site. They flood during light rain and are a dust bowl when its dry with roads on both sides. Its like being in a zoo as a weekender with the regular residents driving by gawking. All the facilities are in the long term area. Customer service is rude and unprofessional.

Elkhorn Ridge RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This place was originally built as a buy your space Class A destination resort. The economy went south so they are forced to run it as a standard RV Park. Very nice amenities including heated pool and gaming areas. Located out in the middle of nowhere so Verizon signal is very weak. Could not access their wifi. During vacation season there are a lot of less than considerate neighbors. Not worth the price.

Holy Smoke Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We stayed at thi spark for our July vacation. We do not need all the amenities of a resort; just the full hookups and easy access to the area. This park is a no frills location with long pull throughs. A few of the spots also have wide grassy areas. Well maintained by the gardeners it is tucked below the highway just south of 16 16a interchange. The owner is a bit weird but the price and location are perfect. Verizon worked okay with our repeater.

Mountain Range RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We used this campground as a week stay over while visiting the Beartooth Mountains. Located off the highway there is road noise but not as bad as you would guess. Great Verizon Signal. Most people use this place as an overnight stop during their travels. Originally we planned on staying in Bozeman but the low quality high price of that area moved us down the highway a bit further; glad we stayed here.

Desert Trails RV Park - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- This RV Park is adjacent to the Tucson Mountain Park and has trails that connect to the park. Access to miles of mountain biking and hiking trails within the most famous outdoor space in Tucson. Spaces were gravel and neighbors were great. Outside of the city so very quiet and peaceful. Amazing sunsets almost every night.

Evergreen Park RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We have stayed at this campground on numerous occasions and it is really nice. Was rated 36/36 by Good Sam. Pool, Hot Tub, exercise room, BIG Bathrooms/Showers. In fact we have spots reserved for June 2012 for a Rally at this campgrounds. Very nice in the heart of Amish country.

French Quarter RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We stayed there for four days during mid-June 2011. The most important thing that makes this such a wonderful Campground is the short 4-5 block walk to the French Quarter. Nevertheless, beyond that, it is a very well maintained park, with very clean facilitites, including Pool and Jacuzzi-type tub. The bathrooms are the "family-style" with shower and toilet in same room. I would definitely stay here again. What I am saying is that the high cost is offset by what this park has to offer, so don't

A1-Twin Valley Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We stayed there twice last year. Quite, friendly place. Very limited cell service for the entire county.

Kamp Komfort RV Park and Campground - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- We stayed there for a month last summer. Real nice people. Only issue was the water tasted a little bad even with a new water filter.

Zion Canyon Campground and RV Park - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- Hit and miss on the experience but you can not beat the location. For two weeks we drove maybe 20 miles in total while spending the remainder of the time on bike, foot, or shuttle exploring Zion. Fast Verizon EVDO signal. A bit weird reservation process and spaces are hit and miss. We loved it.

Bay Pines Travel Trailer Park - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Great location but a bit of a weird park. At first it looks like a trailer park but then you realize it is more of a storage yard for folks who visit on the weekend. Makes for a peaceful stay. Spots are tiny and we barely fit our rig into one. Okay for a shorter term stay but cramped. VZW EVDO OK

Santa Cruz Redwoods RV Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- We stayed a month for their discounted rate of /$600 and could not have enjoyed a more peaceful and serene location. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful the new park owner has really made a good location. Strong Verizon EVDO signal. A bit tricky to get in to the park so call for directions.

Carson Valley Inn RV Resort & Casino - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Great weekly rate and a nice quiet location. Allowed access to the resort pool and spas. All pavement making it clean but the sites are designed a bit funky/; take your time setting up to ensure yourself room to move around. Strong Verizon EVDO. All necessities within 2 miles /= great place to stay

Ely KOA - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- While driving Hwy 50 we stopped here overnight. Located in one of the coldest cities in America and their water pipes are not properly insulated. All their spigots froze so there was no water in the morning. Paid nearly /$45 for one night to park in their gravel/ dirt and sleep. Avoid not worth it.

Monument RV Resort - My Rating is 4 out of 5 -- Located .25 miles off highway yet silent at night this park is only 1.5 miles from the entrance to Colorado National Monument and a few miles from Kokopelli Trail and 18 Road Trails. A great location for checking out Fruita CO. A bit pricey for what you get. Verizon EVDO a bit slow but steady.

Butch Cassidy RV Park and Campground - My Rating is 3 out of 5 -- Stayed here for a week while traveling through Utah. Not much in the way of civilization around but if you are into that then this is great. ATV access to Great Western Trail from sites. An overall decent place to stay. Good Verizon EVDO signal, All hookups worked fine. Weekly price was inexpensive.

Normandy Farms Family Camping Resort - My Rating is 5 out of 5 -- This RV Park has been ranked as one of the top parks in the nation multiple times and by multiple sources. Huge campground with great amenities including pools, spas, and exercise areas. Immediate access to mountain biking across the highway. Rural feel minutes from suburbs. Loved it/!
