Great RV park in a pretty and less known area of the country. It has been cold but power stayed good and we kept the heater going. Only 35 minutes to Tahoe for skiing. They just changed the gas station from a Shell to a no brand so the prices dropped a little bit. The casino is nice and the indoor pool is relaxing. Verizon 4G is strong. We paid $36 per night.

What campers say
Carson Valley Inn Casino presents clean, comfortable rooms and a busy, locally favored casino and steakhouse. Guests commonly praise friendly, helpful staff and well-kept facilities, with reports of good water pressure and easy TV check-out. The gaming area and restaurant receive frequent positive mentions for value and service. Practical tradeoffs include occasional reports of curt or unhelpful front-desk/security interactions, mixed policies about RV parking, and a few notes about drafts under room doors or limited in-room services on upper floors. Check-in is handled at the main casino building; many find the central location convenient for local dining and gaming.

Great weekly rate and a nice quiet location. Allowed access to the resort pool and spas. All pavement making it clean but the sites are designed a bit funky/; take your time setting up to ensure yourself room to move around. Strong Verizon EVDO. All necessities within 2 miles /= great place to stay
