What a pleasant surprise. In years past we had overlooked this park due to reviews on other sites but after seeing the video and the pictures decided to give this park a try. We originally planned on staying at the KOA but they wanted over $60 per night with taxes for a standard pull thru site! This park was $45 per night plus the 13%!!! Moab occupancy tax. Large pull thru on gravel rock. Nice concrete patio with table. A little shade tree and friendly neighbors. The park was very pretty and we were told they will have a pool for the non-ownership section by next year. Honestly we don’t care. The swimming lake was very refreshing and felt more like camping. This is our new go to in the area which is rapidly becoming an expensive destination anyways.

As a bonus it was a shorter ride after completing the Whole Enchilada bike ride. While the paved bike path is across the street if you have kids it is much safer to go down the 1/2 mile to the light and cross at he cross walk.

Also check out the Moab community pool. It is beautiful and fun.
